The Watch

For over 60 years, Japanese watchmaker Orient has been redefining watchmaking by crafting automatic timepieces imbued with ancestral expertise. A classic-style global best-seller, the RA-AK0704N has everything it takes to charm. It features a polished gray stainless steel case that brilliantly adorns the curves of your wrist. Measuring 40.5 mm in diameter (3 to 9 o'clock) and 46.5 mm in length (12 to 6 o'clock), it wraps around your wrist comfortably throughout the day. Its round surface is covered by a domed mineral crystal, also present on the caseback - making the watch water-resistant to 3 ATM and allowing a view of the movement within. On its right side, a stylish crown handles hand adjustment.

The Dial

The model features an elegant, eye-catching black dial. With a matte finish, it is as attractive as it is beautiful, adorned with gray accents that reliably indicate hours, minutes, and seconds. Specifically, the two central hands and slim seconds hand sweep over mixed Arabic numeral and baton indexes alongside a minute track for a clean analog display. At 3 o'clock, a white-background window displays the current date. At 5 and 10 o'clock, two sub-dials display 24-hour and day readouts respectively. The brand's signature is placed between 1 and 2 o'clock, adding an authentic finishing touch to your wrist.

The Movement

Housed inside the round case, an F6B22 automatic self-winding movement manufactured in Japan drives this model, powering the hands with precision and responsiveness to display hours, minutes, seconds, date, and the two sub-dials. Running at 21,600 beats per hour, it is fitted with 22 jewels.

The Strap

The strap is crafted from bovine leather. Its deep black tone is beautifully complemented by subtle tone-on-tone stitching that elegantly frames your wrist. It features a pin buckle to keep it securely in place.

Water Resistance

This watch offers a water resistance of 3 atmospheres, or 30 m. This model is designed for dress wear - not water adventures! It shines at social events and receptions, but aquatic environments are not its forte. It handles rain, splashes, and dishwater with ease, but nothing beyond that. We strongly advise against wearing it in the shower or bath - and even more so against swimming or diving with it.
