Casio chose a deep indigo blue for the case, crafted in carbon fiber-reinforced resin - a newly developed colorway for this material that gives the watch a rich, timeless depth unlike anything else. The texture of the case evokes the rush of wind sweeping through a Formula 1 race car as it tears down the track, creating a captivating effect on the wrist. Its metal components are crafted in stainless steel with a blue ion plating for a seamless, harmonious finish. The bezel features a 60-minute scale marked with Arabic numerals and lines, while the crystal protecting the dial is mineral glass. Four pushers on either side of the case let you navigate functions and set the time with ease. Finally, the screw-back case back ensures water resistance up to 10 ATM.

The Dial

With its multi-layered structure and clean-cut details, this stunning round dial delivers an exquisite sporty look and makes time-reading a pleasure in any setting. Set against a blue background enhanced by sharp straight lines that add a dynamic edge and highlight its distinctive character, the dial leads with analog display powered by two gray hands centered on the dial, indicating hours and minutes with pinpoint accuracy. Pointed baton-shaped, they are coated with a white Neobrite layer for enhanced legibility in low-light conditions. They sweep over a minute track scaled in white with markers separated every 5 minutes by baton indices to help you spot the hours at a glance - further enhanced by small rectangles also featuring a Neobrite coating for better visibility. An LCD screen positioned between 3 and 6 o'clock provides a digital display of all available functions. A sub-dial between 8 and 10 o'clock shows the current watch mode, battery charge level, and remaining countdown/alarm time 30 minutes before it ends or triggers. Two silver plates on the dial carry inscriptions indicating the function of the pushers. Finally, Casio signs the watch by placing its name below 12 o'clock alongside the Edifice collection name and logo and the "Tough Solar" label.

Countdown Timers - 1/1 sec - 1 Hour

Built for precision lovers: countdown timers alert you to important or recurring events with an audible signal at the set date and time. Program them in seconds, up to 1 hour in advance - perfect for daily medication reminders or repeated training sessions.

5 Daily Alarms

A daily alarm reminds you of your commitments at the programmed time. This model features five independent alarms, giving you the flexibility to stay on top of every important appointment.

Day-of-Week Display in Multiple Languages

The day is displayed in multiple languages of your choice.

Button Beep On/Off

The button beep can be turned off using the mode button. Once disabled, no beep sounds when switching between functions. However, any programmed alarms or countdowns remain active even after the button beep is turned off.

Phone Finder Function

Lost your smartphone? Just press a button on the watch and your phone will sound an alert.

Flight Log Function

The GPS Flight Log memory stores precise location data along with time and date, retrievable at the press of a button. This function is especially useful for pilots who need to document their flights and display them on maps later.

Hand Shift Function

This function moves the hands out of the way when they obstruct the display of the time, date, or stopwatch.

Automatic Calendar

Once programmed, the automatic calendar always displays the correct date.

This watch runs on an in-house solar movement that ensures reliable, consistent performance in all conditions. More specifically, it is powered by the Casio caliber 5698 equipped with innovative Tough Solar technology, enabling precise timekeeping and full access to every feature on offer. Delivering sustainable, self-sufficient, and eco-friendly energy, this Japanese mechanism incorporates invisible solar cells. When fully charged, its rechargeable battery provides up to 7 months of autonomy.
