The Watch

Venezianico is an Italian brand founded in 2017 by brothers Alberto and Alessandro Morelli. Among them, the Bucintoro 42 Watch - 8221511 will adorn men's wrists with spectacular flair. It features a round case measuring 49 mm in length, 42 mm in diameter, and 11.70 mm in thickness. Brushed and polished, it is crafted from 316L stainless steel for a truly elegant finish. It is fitted with a gray, protected, and grooved crown at 3 o'clock for a confident grip, complemented by two pushers in the same color - together controlling all central functions. These are protected from potential shocks by a double-dome sapphire crystal of 1.90 mm in thickness. The whole is closed by an engraved caseback secured with screws, ensuring water resistance of 10 ATM.

The Dial

This dial delivers a perfectly reliable and precise analog display. Round in shape, it features a black background with a tachymeter scale. Following this, the minute track runs in a circle with gray indexes serving as hour markers. Together, these indicators are swept by three silver hands at the center. They consist of a slender seconds hand for the chronograph seconds, a long hand for the minutes, and a short hand for the hours. To ensure optimal legibility in the dark, the latter two are coated with a white SuperLuminova BGW9 treatment. Around them, three additional sub-dials add further functionality: small seconds at 3 o'clock, 12-hour display at 6 o'clock, and 30 minutes at 9 o'clock. Finally, the brand signs this striking dial with its logo, name, and collection name beneath the double 12 o'clock index.

The Movement

At the heart of this model beats a Seiko NE88A automatic movement. Robust and precise, this Japanese caliber drives the hands and sub-dials with outstanding accuracy. It oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, or 4 Hz, and features 34 jewels. It is equipped with advanced mechanical solutions including a column wheel and vertical clutch, combining reliability and precision. Its power reserve stands at 45 hours.
