The Watch

Bauhaus, the watchmaking house known for aviation-inspired timepieces, unveils its latest creation. Each piece exudes refined elegance and sober sophistication with a distinctly aerial identity. Presenting the 2162-2 watch. Crafted for men, it features a stainless steel case with a 41 mm diameter and 10 mm thickness that sits perfectly on the wrist. A fixed, polished bezel frames a mineral crystal that protects the dial. True to watchmaking tradition, the crown is positioned at three o'clock. The screwed case back ensures water resistance to 5 atmospheres.

The Dial

The dial of this stunning watch has a round shape with a sleek black color. A sunray finish has been added to intensify and illuminate the dial. The dial rim features a subtle white minute railway track. Slim baton indices mark both the hours and the five-minute intervals, reinforced by Arabic numerals. Each time marker is indicated by one of the slender hands placed at the center of the dial. Three hands in total sweep through the hours, minutes, and seconds. Just below twelve o'clock, a subdial displays the day in English, while a date window sits at three o'clock. The brand signs its creation at twelve.

The Movement

Fall for this timepiece housing an automatic movement from Japanese manufacturer Miyota. Specifically, it features the Miyota 8285 caliber, renowned for its quality and precision. This analog movement displays hours, minutes, and seconds. Note the 42-hour power reserve.

The Strap

A genuine leather strap in brown has been selected to keep the watch on your wrist. It is signed by Bauhaus on the side. The 20 mm lug width makes it comfortable for all-day wear. A silver-tone pin buckle keeps it securely fastened.

Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance of 5 atmospheres, or 50 m. It is designed to be both beautiful and social-ready. Yet that refined look in no way compromises its ability to handle everyday elements. You can keep it on in the shower - though the Ocarat team recommends leaving it on the edge of the sink to preserve its shine and integrity over time. For swimming and scuba diving, we strongly advise against wearing this watch to avoid damage and costly repair bills.
