The French brand is proud to present the AM2 Slim Black watch, designed for both men's and women's wrists. It features a case crafted in brushed and polished 316L stainless steel, giving it a polished look with long-lasting durability. Silver-toned, it takes on an octagonal shape measuring 36 mm in both width and length, with a thickness of 11.32 mm. It is fitted with a sapphire crystal protecting the dial, enhanced by an anti-reflective coating for clear legibility. At 4 o'clock, a gray crown is set in place, revealing a guilloché finish with interlaced lines echoing the brand's logo. Screw-down, this winding crown ensures a secure grip and easy control of the movement's functions. Finally, this watch features a case back secured by screws and transparent, ensuring a water resistance of 10 ATM. Thanks to its open design, you can admire the intricate workings of the movement in full detail.

The Dial

This dark dial brings an elegant style to this watch. It features an arrangement of two different heights and a black base enhanced by a sandblasted finish that gives it a subtly textured effect. At its center, it reveals gray hands for smooth and accurate timekeeping. The slender seconds hand tracks the seconds while the hour and minute hands point to the minutes and hours. Together, they sweep over bold cut-out gray indexes, with some positioned horizontally at 1, 5, 7, and 11 o'clock for hour indication. They also sweep over the minute track and the discreet markers printed along the edge, also dedicated to hour reading. To ensure optimal legibility in low-light conditions, the hour markers and the two tuning-fork-shaped hands are coated with white SuperLuminova treatment. A date window sits at 6 o'clock for added functionality, featuring a stainless steel aperture with retro white Arabic numerals printed on a black background, with the number appearing in green on every 3rd of the month. It is accompanied by certain inscriptions, including the type of movement and its place of manufacture. Finally, this architectural dial reveals the brand's logo and name positioned just below 12 o'clock as a signature.

The Movement

This model is powered by a Franco-Swiss automatic movement - the caliber G100, measuring 24.60 mm x 4.45 mm. This mechanism beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour with extreme accuracy of -4 to +6 seconds per day, and is fitted with 24 jewels to minimize friction, along with a stop-seconds device. It delivers a power reserve of 68 hours, aptly called "Weekend Proof" - meaning the watch keeps running from Friday evening to Monday morning without being worn.

The Strap

This timepiece comes with three strap options of your choice, each with a 20 mm lug width, selectable from the dropdown menu. All three are manufactured in the Franche-Comté region and feature a presto system that lets you swap them in seconds without any tools.

The first is crafted in alligator leather, a supple and durable material. It features tone-on-tone stitching and a refined black hue that pairs effortlessly with any outfit. It elevates your style and adds an elegant touch to your wrist. It offers comfortable wear for any occasion, and thanks to its brand-signed pin buckle, you can adjust it exactly as you like.

The second strap is crafted in bison leather. Supple and durable, it's built for long-lasting everyday wear. It features tone-on-tone stitching and perforations that allow your wrist to breathe. It delivers a comfortable fit for daily wear, and thanks to its black tone, it pairs seamlessly with any jewelry of your choice. You can also adjust it to your preferred fit using its pin buckle.

Finally, the last one is crafted in brushed stainless steel and features a refined gray tone. It showcases 3 rows of links that wrap comfortably around your wrist for effortless all-day wear. It pairs with a wide range of accessories and is easy to use thanks to its clip-on clasp - known as a "fine joaillerie".

Water Resistance

This model offers a water resistance of 10 atmospheres, or 100 meters. That's a truly water-resistant watch! With its easygoing style, it's ready to take the plunge with you into any aquatic adventure. From puddles to the pool, this timepiece handles water without complaint - showers, baths, and lap swimming are no problem at all. That said, our watchmaking experts at Ocarat want you to know that while this model is water-resistant, it is not designed for diving (professional or recreational) and should be kept away from high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend avoiding use of the crown or pushers while submerged.
