Men's Furtive Chrono AG6 CH1 Watch

The Watch

MatWatches, the watchmaking house, introduces its new AG6 CH1 model from the Furtive Chrono collection. This essential automatic chronograph is built for any adventure: its monoblock construction along with its screwed crown and caseback deliver extreme durability, making it a truly tough sports watch. The round case is crafted from 316L stainless steel with a black PVD coating. It measures 44 mm in diameter and 16.5 mm thick. The dial is also black. The numerals, hands, and indices are white, while the seconds hand is orange. The hands and dial are treated with Super-LumiNova for optimal readability underwater or in the dark. The crystal is an anti-reflective scratch-resistant sapphire. This watch also features a unidirectional rotating bezel engraved with black indices. Water-resistant to 200 meters (20 ATM).

The Dial

The stunning dial on this watch is black and round. At its center, you'll find three hands. The hour and minute hands are black, treated with a luminescent material and finished in white. The slim orange seconds hand makes tracking seconds effortless. Around the dial, white baton indices add brightness and clarity. A minute track runs along the perimeter for even more precise timekeeping. Three subdials at six, twelve, and nine o'clock display the 12-hour, 30-minute, and small seconds counters respectively. The watchmaking house signs its creation at three o'clock and engraves the automatic inscription of the movement.

The Movement

This watch houses a Swiss automatic self-winding movement, ETA Valjoux 7750. This 25-jewel caliber displays hours, minutes, seconds via a dedicated small seconds subdial, and the date. It features a chronograph function with 30-minute and 12-hour counters. The movement runs at 28,800 vph with a power reserve of 42 hours.

The Strap

This watch comes with three interchangeable straps, so you can switch up your look whenever you want. The interchangeable straps are made from leather, rubber, and canvas. The black leather strap adds a touch of elegance, the black rubber strap gives your watch a bold, sporty edge, and the khaki canvas strap brings a fresh, casual vibe.

Water Resistance

This model offers a water resistance of 20 ATM, or 200 meters. Perfect for deep-water activities, it's built for freediving. Tough enough to handle high-pressure washers - no fear of water damage here. Showering, bathing, swimming, and freediving are all fair game. That said, for scuba diving with tanks, we recommend a timepiece with a higher water resistance rating. Also, avoid operating the crown or pushers while submerged to protect the movement's integrity.
