The Watch

Ralf Tech is a family-owned brand renowned for its diving creations combining innovative technology with exceptional craftsmanship. Today, it also offers more classic, city-ready models like the Académie collection. The model presented here is the ACY 1003, also known as "Tundra". It features a round case in 316L surgical steel with a polished finish. At 41 mm in diameter, it will elegantly enhance men's wrists. Additionally, this watchmaking jewelry piece is protected against shocks and scratches by a sapphire crystal of the "Glassbox" type. Its anti-reflective coating ensures optimal readability. The hands are set via the screw-down crown at 3 o'clock. Finally, with a screw-down case back, this watch is water-resistant to 200 meters. It will be delivered in a vintage calfskin travel case and is available in a limited run of 100 pieces only!

The Dial

The dial of this watch is round, green in color with a matte finish. It features 12 baton indices marking the hours along with a railroad track for minutes and seconds. These time markers are swept by two baton hands and a fine seconds hand. For better legibility in low-light conditions, the hands and indices are coated with a Superluminova C1 luminescent treatment. Finally, the brand signs below 12 o'clock and displays the water resistance and movement information above 6 o'clock.

The Movement

With exceptional precision, this automatic movement brings your timepiece to life. Running on caliber RTA003, this in-house movement is built on a Seiko NH36 base. Featuring 24 jewels, it reliably drives all the hands. It operates at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour and offers a 44-hour power reserve.

The Strap

To give your wrist a vintage edge, this watch comes with a black calfskin leather strap that pairs effortlessly with any outfit. A second strap is also included - in black silicone, it lends a more casual, sporty vibe. Both straps fasten easily with a grey pin buckle and feature a 22 mm lug width.

Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance of 20 atmospheres, or 200 meters. A watch that's ready to go wherever the water takes you! This model is designed for freediving. Not afraid of water, you can also use high-pressure washers with this timepiece on your wrist without worry. Showering, bathing, lap swimming, and freediving are all fine. However, for scuba diving with tanks, we recommend a timepiece with a higher water resistance rating. Also be careful not to operate the crown or pushers while submerged, to preserve the integrity of the mechanism.
