This Miraculous Virgin Mary medal features an oval shape and a golden color. Crafted in 750/1000 yellow gold (18K) with a polished finish, it is highlighted at the center with white enamel. This medal is available in 2 different sizes, 16 x 10 mm or 20 x 14 mm. Its thickness ranges from 1.35 mm to 1.85 mm depending on the chosen size. Note that its average gold weight is 0.65 grams for the small medal and 1.55 grams for the large medal.

The front of this medal depicts the Miraculous Virgin Mary at her second apparition to Saint Catherine in 1830. Crushed beneath her foot is a serpent, symbol of the temptation of evil. The inscription "O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee" runs all the way around the edge. As for the reverse, it reveals the 12 stars of the Blessed Virgin, the "M" of Mary topped with a cross, and the sacred hearts of Mary and Jesus.
