The Watch

Today, it invites you to discover the 356 Flieger Classique AS E Silicone watch - a reissue of the 1998 model celebrating the brand's 25th anniversary. Named winner of the "Excellent Product Design 2024" at the German Design Award, it boasts distinctive features such as the Bicompax layout of its sub-dials, and wears a round, silver-toned case. Crafted entirely from micro-blasted stainless steel, it measures 38.50 mm in diameter with a thickness of 15.60 mm. Weighing 71 g, it is fitted with an acrylic crystal that shields the dial from potential impacts. At three o'clock, a grey, screwed-down, protected and grooved crown ensures a perfect grip. It controls the central functions as well as the two adjacent pushers. The whole is sealed by a screwed and engraved case back guaranteeing a water resistance of 10 ATM.

The Dial

This dial brings a minimalist, elegant touch to this timepiece. Round in shape, it features a smoked black background enhanced by a satin finish that adds a refined quality. Its perimeter displays a minute track followed by beige Arabic numerals marking the hours. Together, these various markers are swept by three silver-toned hands anchored at the center. Of the sword type, they consist of a slender seconds hand for the chronograph seconds, a long hand marking the minutes, and a short hand indicating the hours. They are coated with a luminescent treatment ensuring better legibility when needed. You will notice that this same coating is also applied to the Arabic numerals. For added functionality, two additional sub-dials are positioned at 3 and 6 o'clock, marking 30 minutes and the small seconds respectively. At the bottom, near 6 o'clock, the collection name and country of manufacture are indicated, and just below 12 o'clock, the brand places its name as a signature.

The Movement

This watch is powered by a Swiss-made automatic movement. It is specifically the Sellita SW510 caliber, oscillating at a frequency of 28,000 vibrations per hour with 27 jewels. Reliable and robust, it features a stop-seconds device and offers a power reserve of 56 hours.

The Strap

This model is offered with a choice of three straps, all made of silicone. Black in color, they are perfectly flexible, lightweight, and comfortable, allowing you to wear your timepiece through any activity, physical or otherwise. They feature a lug width of 20 mm and each comes with an easy-to-use clasp. The first strap features a pin buckle for easy adjustment, while the second is integrated into the case and has a small folding clasp. The third is also integrated into the case and comes with a folding clasp featuring a quick-adjust mechanism for length.

Water Resistance

This model offers a water resistance of 10 atmospheres, or 100 meters. This is a truly water-resistant timepiece! Ready to keep up with your aquatic adventures, it handles everything from puddles to the pool without missing a beat. Shower, bath, and lap swimming? No problem.
