The Watch

Founded in 1946, Casio is a Japanese brand that started out making calculators before helping shape the modern watch from the 1970s onward. In 1983, it launched the legendary G-Shock - engineered to be virtually indestructible. An iconic model beloved by thousands, it has now been meticulously reimagined as the GM-2100WS-7AER. True to its DNA, it delivers outstanding shock resistance and reliable timekeeping. The watch pays homage to the original through its retro-inspired octagonal bezel crafted in brushed stainless steel. The case combines fiberglass-reinforced resin and stainless steel, measuring 44.40 mm in diameter, 11.80 mm thick, and 49.30 mm long, weighing 72 g. A flat mineral crystal offers a clear view of the dial's components. Each side of the case houses two pushers for adjusting the various functions. The screw-secured case back ensures water resistance of 20 ATM.

The Dial

This cleanly designed, solidly built watch features a blue dial with a sleek, on-trend look. It showcases a vertical brushed finish and a well-organized layout. The perimeter is accented by blue baton hour markers set against a blue bezel engraved with a minute track and complemented by luminescent rectangular markers for clear readability in low-light conditions. The dial base features two distinct levels with different finishes. The upper level houses a day counter at 9 o'clock with an oversized silver-tone hand. A digital sub-dial displays the watch's various complications. All of this is paired with two bold, pointed baton hands in silver-tone, coated with Neobrite for optimal visibility in dim environments - further enhanced by LED backlighting. The brand signature sits below 12 o'clock, with the water resistance rating indicated at 3 o'clock.

Stopwatch 1/100 s - 24 hours

Measures elapsed time to 1/100th of a second over a maximum duration of 24 hours. An audible signal confirms the start and stop of the stopwatch.

Countdown Timer - 1/1 sec - 24 hours

For those who demand precision: countdown timers alert you to important or recurring events with an audible signal at the set date and time. Countdowns can be programmed in seconds, up to 24 hours in advance.

5 Daily Alarms

A daily audible alarm keeps you on schedule at the programmed time. This model features five independent alarms for maximum flexibility when managing your important appointments.

Hand Shift Function

This function moves the hands out of the way when they obstruct the time, date, or stopwatch display.

Button Beep On/Off

The button beep can be turned off using the mode button. Once disabled, no beep sounds when switching between functions. However, any programmed alarms or countdown timers remain active after the button beep is turned off.

Automatic Calendar

Once programmed, the automatic calendar always displays the correct date.

12/24-Hour Time Format

You can display the time in 12-hour or 24-hour format.

The Movement

This model is powered by a quartz movement for reliable, accurate timekeeping. Japanese-made and brand-engineered, it runs on a battery with a life of 3 years.

The Strap

The strap on this watch is crafted in white synthetic resin. Flexible and supremely comfortable around the wrist, it keeps the watch securely in place thanks to a pin buckle.

Water Resistance

This model offers a water resistance of 20 atmospheres, or 200 meters - making it a true companion for deep-water activities. It's built for freediving and won't flinch under a power washer. Showering, bathing, lap swimming, and freediving are all fair game. For scuba diving with a tank, however, we recommend a timepiece with a higher water resistance rating. Also, avoid operating the crown or pushers while submerged to protect the movement's integrity.
