The Watch

Lip reimagines its iconic Général De Gaulle model, dressing it in black with a striking skeleton movement. Experience true French watchmaking craftsmanship. The round stainless steel case travels with you every day, finished in a grey IPGUN PVD coating for a sleek, refined look. The bezel is black with a matte finish. The notched crown at 3 o'clock lets you set the time with ease. A sapphire crystal protects the watch, while a transparent screw-down caseback seals the case to 5 ATM water resistance - and lets you admire the movement within.

The Dial

Your dial is fully open, giving you the privilege of watching its automatic movement in action. You can see the gears turning and admire the jewels that keep your timepiece running. Follow your two black hands with white outlines as they sweep through time - joined by a black seconds hand. The hands travel across the skeletonized dial as well as the grey and black dial surround. The 12 white baton hour markers and the white minute track ensure you'll never be late again!

The Movement

Your Lip watch is powered by a Japanese-made automatic movement. The SEIKO NH72 caliber keeps your timepiece running - all it needs is the natural motion of your wrist. If you leave your watch unworn for several days, you'll need to wind the movement manually.

The Strap

Lip has paired your case with a full-grain cowhide leather strap. In black, it features a 20 mm lug width. A stainless steel pin buckle makes it easy to secure and wear your watch with complete peace of mind.

Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance of 5 atmospheres, or 50 m. Designed to be a stunning showpiece, its refined looks don't compromise its ability to handle everyday conditions. You can keep it on in the shower, though the Ocarat team recommends setting it aside near the sink to preserve its finish and integrity over time. Swimming and scuba diving are not recommended - exposing this watch to those conditions risks damage and potential repair costs.
