The Watch

Founded in 1893, Wenger first made its name with Swiss Army knives. In 1997, the brand ventured into watchmaking, crafting timepieces that strike the perfect balance between timeless elegance and performance. Among its creations, we've selected the Vintage Sport 01.1921.111 - a refined, clean-lined design with beautiful finishing touches, ideal for the urban athlete. It arrives in a "squircle" case crafted in mirror-polished 316L stainless steel with light-shifting reflections. The cushion-shaped case measures 37 mm in both width and length, with a thickness of 10.55 mm and an average weight of 100 grams. It is topped by a sapphire-treated mineral crystal for solid dial protection, and features a grooved crown on the right side for adjusting the hours, minutes, and date. The snap-on caseback ensures water resistance to 5 ATM.

The Dial

This model houses a strikingly elegant, clean, and refined dial. Its gorgeous sunray finish brings out a rich green color, further enhanced by a beautiful radial brushing. The dial surface is divided into two sections separated by a square ring with a graduated minute track around its edge. The center is occupied by dauphine hands - along with the indices - treated with Super-LumiNova for easy reading in low light. They are joined by a red seconds hand with an arrow tip and a square black counterweight that echoes the case shape. The dial perimeter is marked with hour indices: Arabic numerals at 3 and 9 o'clock, the brand logo at 12 o'clock, and baton indices for all other hours. Everything is framed by a matte green bezel featuring square indices and bars for each hour. Finally, a clean date window appears at 6 o'clock, while the brand's signature sits just below 12 o'clock in bold lettering.

The Movement

The functions of this timepiece are powered by a Swiss-made quartz movement - the Ronda 705 caliber, running on a 371 battery with a 5-year life that reliably drives all central display elements.

The Bracelet

This watch is fitted with a beautiful bracelet crafted in 316L stainless steel. Classic, elegant, and comfortable, it adds a sophisticated touch to the overall look. It features brushed H-link segments connected by polished chamfers. With a lug width of 20 mm, it fastens securely with a deployant clasp. Swapping it out is easy thanks to the spring bar system.

Water Resistance

With a water resistance of 5 atmospheres, equivalent to 50 meters, this watch is a solid entry into the world of water resistance. While it's not designed for bathing, lap swimming, or diving, you can safely forget to take it off in the shower. That said, our team of experts recommends keeping this timepiece dry to protect its movement for years to come.
