The Watch

French watchmaker Matwatches unveils its latest model from the Urban Club S collection. Sporty yet refined, this unisex watch suits both men and women. It features a cushion-shaped case crafted in 316 L gray stainless steel, measuring 42.5 mm in diameter and 13.5 mm thick - a size that fits every wrist. A winding crown on the left side of the case lets you set the time. A scratch-resistant double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating sits above the dial, shielding it from shocks and scratches. A firm 7.5 mm screwed crown completes the case. Finally, the screwed 316 L steel caseback delivers water resistance up to 20 atmospheres.

The Dial

This round, black dial sits at the heart of the watch. Its sunray finish adds a bright, lively quality to the case. At the center, three hands indicate hours, minutes, and seconds - all treated with SuperLuminova technology for exceptional legibility in any light. Around the dial, indices are rendered as dots and batons, with Arabic numerals marking 2, 4, 8, and 10 o'clock. A minute track runs along the outer edge. The date is displayed at 6 o'clock via a date window. The brand signature appears at 12 o'clock, with the automatic movement noted at 6 o'clock.

The Movement

Powering this model is a Swiss automatic movement, the ETA 2824 caliber, brought to life by 25 jewels. It beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and offers a 42-hour power reserve.
