The Watch

Briston is a French watchmaking brand known for its distinctive style - a blend of refined elegance and laid-back, sporty attitude. The brand continually surprises its diverse clientele with precisely crafted watches featuring sophisticated designs that pair effortlessly with a wide range of looks. From the Streamliner Urban collection, this men's watch features a barrel-shaped case in stainless steel and cellulose acetate. It has a silver-toned finish and a brushed bezel secured by screws. Designed to fit the male wrist, the case measures 42 mm in diameter and is covered by a mineral glass crystal that lets you admire the beauty of the dial. The pushers and notched crown on the right side handle all the adjustments and functions. Water resistance of 10 ATM is ensured by the screw-down caseback.

The Dial

Featuring a taupe grey base with an embossed finish, this dial tells the time with style and elegance. A minute track marked with indices and Arabic numerals runs along the inner bezel. The perimeter features baton indexes for odd hours and Arabic numerals for even hours. At the center, three hands point to these markers, displaying the hours, minutes, and seconds. All indicators are coated with a luminescent material for excellent legibility even in low-light conditions. The chronograph function is handled by two subdials showing 24 hours and 60 minutes, located at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock respectively. Finally, a date window sits at 6 o'clock, and the brand name is printed just below 12 o'clock.

The Movement

The quartz movement powering this model is of Japanese origin. More specifically, it is the Miyota OS21 caliber, battery-powered with a 5-year lifespan, delivering precise and reliable operation of all the watch's functions.

The Bracelet

This timepiece is fitted with a vulcanized rubber strap in taupe grey. Exceptionally comfortable, it's easy to wear and stays securely on your wrist thanks to a grey pin buckle in brushed stainless steel. The strap has a lug width of 20 mm.

Water Resistance

With 100-meter water resistance - that's 10 ATM in watchmaking terms - this bold timepiece is equally at home at a gala or in the water. Feel free to wear it in the shower, the bath, or during a swim (even an intense one!). That said, our watchmaking experts want to be clear: this watch is not designed for scuba diving, freediving, or high-pressure washing. Remember: shower, bath, and swimming only - and never operate the pushers or crown while submerged!
