The Watch

Edox is proud to present its Skydiver Neptunian 80120-3NM-BUIDN. A Swiss-born brand, the name Edox means "measure of time" in ancient Greek - born from a love story between founder Christian Rüefli Flury and his beloved Pauline Flury. The watchmaker carries on its legacy through precise, high-quality timepieces. Today, it invites you to explore the ocean depths through its diving watch. Designed to venture into the deepest abysses and uncover a fascinating, otherworldly realm, this timepiece features a silver stainless steel case measuring 44 mm in diameter. It is paired with a grooved rotating bezel tipped with a black ceramic insert. Graduated with baton indexes and a downward-pointing triangle at 12 o'clock, it lets you measure your dive time with precision. A screw-down crown fitted with an O-ring gasket sits at 3 o'clock, providing access to time and date adjustments - and allowing you to wind the automatic movement. The stunning dial is protected by a sapphire crystal. Prized in watchmaking for its toughness and exceptional scratch resistance, it ensures optimal legibility while preserving the dial's design. For the adventurous diver, the screw-down case back guarantees water resistance to 1,000 meters. This watch will accompany you into the deepest abysses as you discover another world. Of course, this watch features one essential element: the helium escape valve. During a dive, helium particles - the finest particles in the world - seep into the case. On ascent, rising pressure can shatter the crystal; the helium escape valve vents these particles to protect the timepiece. Finally, the case is engraved with Neptune, the Roman god of the seas and oceans.

The Dial

Round in shape, the dial features a beautiful blue gradient. At the center you will find 3 hands in white and silver. The arrow-shaped hand indicates the hours, the sword-shaped hand indicates the minutes, and a slender seconds hand with a round detail marks the seconds. The time is read using large baton indexes. Note that both the hands and indexes feature a luminescent treatment, allowing you to read the time in broad daylight or in the darkness of the ocean depths. For added precision, a subtle minute track runs along the outer edge of the dial. A date window is positioned at 3 o'clock. Finally, Edox places its signature at 12 o'clock and indicates the collection name at 6 o'clock. The water resistance depth is also marked on the dial's outer ring at the top.

The Movement

At the heart of the case, an automatic movement powers this timepiece. Based on a Swiss Sellita SW 200 movement, the Edox 80A caliber delivers high performance and outstanding reliability. Equipped with 25 jewels, its oscillation frequency is 28,800 vibrations per hour. It drives all 3 hands and the date window, displaying hours, minutes, and seconds with precision. Its power reserve is 38 hours.

The Bracelet

This timepiece is fitted with a silver stainless steel bracelet. Composed of multiple links, it wins you over with its durability and comfort. Its timeless design adds an elegant touch to the dial, and it fastens with a deployant clasp engraved with the brand's logo. The lug width is 21 mm.

Water Resistance

Water-resistant to 100 atmospheres, or 1,000 meters, this watch is purpose-built for scuba diving - even in the deepest waters. Thanks to its screw-down case back and screw-down crown, you can explore the ocean depths with total confidence. This model also features a helium escape valve to manage helium buildup inside the case and regulate pressure during decompression.
