The Watch

Committed to environmental stewardship, Alpina partnered with the start-up Gyre Watch to create the Seastrong Diver Gyre collection using recycled materials. In collaboration with Surfrider Foundation Europe - a leading NGO in ocean conservation - the eco-responsible AL-525LBN4VG6 is a limited edition of 288 pieces. Drawing inspiration from the brand's 1960s dive watches, this timepiece will accompany you into the deepest depths with a water resistance of 300 meters. With millions of tons of plastic waste dumped into our oceans every year, its round black case is made from 70% plastic debris sourced from fishing nets recovered from the Indian Ocean. Reinforced with 30% fiberglass, it measures 44 mm in diameter and 12.15 mm thick. Built for men, it also features a unidirectional rotating bezel in stainless steel and dark blue PVD. Graduated with Arabic numerals and black luminescent indices, its ridged edges allow you to track your dive time during immersion. The bezel frames a robust sapphire crystal - virtually scratch-proof - protecting the dial from impacts, scratches, and preserving its elegant design. At 3 o'clock sits the traditional screw-down crown engraved with the Alpina logo. Finished in black, it lets you set the time and date. Finally, the case back is secured by 4 screws and signed by the brand.

The Dial

Dressed in deep black, the round dial delivers outstanding legibility thanks to its large applied indices in silver and white. Rounded and luminescent, they are complemented by a sky-blue minute track. Two large sword-shaped hands - matching the indices in color with a semi-skeleton finish - display the hours and minutes. A grey seconds hand with a blue accent tracks the seconds. The hands also feature a luminescent coating for perfect readability in the dark. A date window is positioned at 3 o'clock. Finally, this stunning timepiece is signed by Alpina at 12 o'clock, with the water resistance depth inscribed at 6 o'clock.

The Movement

At the heart of the case beats an automatic movement of Swiss origin - the AL-525 caliber. Equipped with 26 jewels and an oscillation frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, it delivers reliable, precise display of hours, minutes, seconds, and date. Its power reserve is 38 hours.

The Strap

Black with blue accents at each end, the NATO strap is crafted from recycled plastic bottles. Flexible and lightweight, it delivers outstanding comfort. This timepiece also comes with a second black apple leather strap for a more dressed-up look. With its responsible approach, Alpina has created a high-performance, quality watch while staying true to its commitment to protecting the environment.

Water Resistance

This model delivers a water resistance of 30 atmospheres, or 300 meters.
