The Watch

Wenger is a company founded in 1893. Originally known for its knives, it expanded into watchmaking with an impressive lineup of timepieces. Its Seaforce Chrono 01.0643.117 model is a watch built to withstand the rigors of the ocean and the test of time. Elegant and perfectly suited for water sports, it comes with a case featuring beautifully proportioned lines. Its round shape measures 43 mm in diameter and 12 mm thick, weighing 176 grams. Crafted in 316L stainless steel, it showcases a fully brushed surface for a refined aesthetic. The case features a unidirectional bezel with an insert coated in a black PVD treatment, marked with a minute scale and a luminescent marker. It surrounds a mineral glass with a sapphire treatment for scratch protection of the dial. On the right side, a screwed-down, protected crown handles the setting of hours, minutes, and date. It is flanked on both sides by two bicolor pump pushers controlling the chronograph function. The design is completed by a screwed-down caseback providing water resistance to 20 ATM.

The Dial

The dial of this watch delivers a sporty look with outstanding legibility. Its black face features a sandblasted finish on the edges and a striped finish at the center. The minutes are marked by a railroad track running along the chapter ring, while the hours are indicated by geometric indices in grey tones. Punctuated by round dots, these markers - along with the hands - feature a luminescent treatment for easy reading in low-light conditions. The arrow-tipped hour hand shows the hours, the pointed hand shows the minutes, and the slim red-tipped hand tracks the seconds. The center of the dial houses three sub-dials at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock, indicating the small seconds, 12 hours, and 30 minutes respectively. The last two feature red lance-style hands that contrast sharply with the overall design of the watch. Finally, a date window is positioned at 6 o'clock, with the brand's signature displayed below 12 o'clock in Arabic numerals.

The Movement

At the heart of this timepiece beats a Swiss-made quartz movement - specifically the Ronda 5030.D caliber, which guarantees precise timekeeping. It features 6 jewels and is powered by a 395 battery with an approximate life of 5 years, reliably driving all central functions.

The Bracelet

The bracelet of this watch is crafted in 316L stainless steel, ensuring exceptional comfort. It measures 22 mm at the lug width and features a push-button deployment clasp. This bracelet is made up of 3 rows of links with a beautifully brushed finish that perfectly complements the case.

Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance up to 20 atmospheres, or 200 meters. Ladies and gentlemen, this is a watch ready to dive deep into your aquatic adventures! Designed for freediving, it handles high-pressure water jets without breaking a sweat. Showering, bathing, lap swimming, and freediving are all on the table. However, our experts recommend a higher water resistance rating for scuba diving. Also, avoid operating the crown or pushers while the watch is submerged to protect the mechanism.
