A steel crown engraved with the embossed Lys logo allows you to manage the various time indicators on the dial, which is protected by a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating - renowned in watchmaking for its outstanding resistance to external shocks, ensuring effortless daily analog time reading. Watch enthusiasts will be delighted by the transparent case back, which reveals the large balance wheel with solid gold compensating screws. Finally, the case back is secured by 6 polished-head screws and guarantees water resistance of 5 atmospheres.

The Dial

Admire the stunning silver dial dressed in an elegant guilloché finish. At its center, two blued steel hands indicate the hours and minutes. The seconds are displayed via a sub-dial positioned at the 4 o'clock index. Hour markers are rendered in black Roman numerals, accompanied by a minute track running along the dial's perimeter. Just below the 12 o'clock index, a double aperture displays the day and date with an instant triple jump. The power reserve indicator is located on the left side of the dial. A final horological complication is highlighted at 6 o'clock: a moon phase display. The house proudly features its signature in capital letters, with the mention "fabriqué en France" on the lower portion of the dial as a nod to its French origins.

The Movement

The mechanism powering this dial's various functions has been manufactured by Pequignet for over 40 years. It's the Calibre Royal - the only French Haute Horlogerie manufacture caliber in existence, conceived in Pequignet's workshops in Morteau, in the Jura region. More specifically, it features a bidirectional automatic winding mechanism with an 88-hour power reserve, delivering an exceptional 72-hour isochronism. Its oscillation frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour ensures precise reading of hours, minutes, seconds, date, and day. The sunray and rhodium-plated rotor elegantly reveals the Lys logo. The movement is finished with a high-quality Côtes de Genève decoration.

The Strap

This magnificent, timeless timepiece is paired with a brown large-scale alligator leather strap. Its tone-on-tone stitching adds a refined finishing touch. The pin buckle bears the house's iconic Lys flower. This type of clasp allows you to adjust the strap precisely to your wrist.

Water Resistance

With water resistance of 5 atmospheres, equivalent to 50 meters, this watch offers a solid entry point into the world of water resistance. While not designed for swimming, lap swimming, or diving, you can comfortably forget to take it off in the shower. That said, our experts recommend keeping this timepiece dry whenever possible to preserve its mechanism for years to come.
