The Watch

Casio is a popular Japanese brand and one of today's market leaders in both watches and calculators. Constantly reinventing itself, Casio keeps pushing innovation - adding smart upgrades and new features to stay ahead of the competition. From the G-Shock collection comes the Rangeman GPR-H1000-1ER Watch, built for athletes and adventurers. It packs multiple location and health tracking features while standing up to extreme conditions. The round case is crafted from durable resin in a bold black colorway that's impossible to ignore. It measures 60 mm in length, 53.2 mm in width, and 20.3 mm in thickness - dimensions perfectly suited for men's wrists. The case weighs 92 grams and is protected by a flat mineral crystal that keeps the dial fully visible. The collection name and the word "Protection" are printed on the dial for quick reference. On either side, you'll find four push buttons and a crown for adjusting the watch's functions to your liking. The caseback is screw-secured and fitted with biometric sensors, delivering water resistance to 20 ATM.

The Dial

This round dial sports a black finish that harmonizes perfectly with the watch. The digital display adapts to your needs. It shows hours, minutes, seconds, day, date, alarms, and much more. The model name, brand, and various modes are printed around the dial's perimeter.

Bluetooth® Smart

The watch is equipped with energy-efficient Bluetooth® technology, enabling data exchange with a single button press. The Bluetooth® function wirelessly connects the watch to a smartphone, unlocking a host of practical features.

Smartphone Time

When the wall clock is paired with a smartphone, the time is set automatically.

Full Auto LED Backlight

In low-light conditions, tilting your wrist automatically triggers an LED to illuminate the dial.

Heart Rate Monitor

Heart rate is measured using a chest strap. The data is transmitted to the watch and displayed in bpm (beats per minute).

Calories Burned Calculator (CAL)

This function calculates calories burned and saves the result.

Heart Rate Target Zone Alarm

An alarm sounds as soon as a preset heart rate zone is reached.

Optical Heart Rate Monitor

An optical sensor on the back of the watch uses LEDs to measure heart rate at the wrist. The readings are displayed on the watch.

Barometer (260 / 1,100 hPa)

A dedicated sensor measures atmospheric pressure (range: 260 / 1100 hPa) and displays it on screen as a symbol, giving you advance notice of upcoming weather conditions.

Thermometer (-10°C / +60°C)

A sensor measures ambient temperature and displays it in degrees Celsius (-10°C / +60°C).

Compass

A built-in directional sensor detects magnetic north.

Altimeter 10,000 m

A pressure sensor detects changes in atmospheric pressure and converts the reading into an altitude value, up to 10,000 m.

Cumulative Altitude Gain

The Cumulative Altitude Gain function adds up every meter you've climbed. At a glance, you can see the total elevation gain from your entire hike.

Altimeter Memory

The watch features a memory that can store up to 40 altitude data blocks - depending on the model - available for review at any time. Each block includes the measured altitude, along with the date and time of the recording. In addition to the measured altitude, the altimeter also logs the maximum and minimum altitude recorded during a session.

Accelerometer

The accelerometer responds to acceleration and displays speed on screen. It also powers the watch's auto-rotation feature, ensuring the display always shows the image right-side up.

Step Counter

The watch measures the number of steps taken.

Training Program

A user-friendly app puts your entire training routine at your fingertips - from building a workout plan to tracking your goals and results. It logs step count, calorie burn, distance, and lap times, and lets you compare training sessions.

VO2max

Measures cardiorespiratory fitness - ideal for endurance training. Using heart rate and running speed, it calculates maximum oxygen consumption per kilogram of body weight per minute (ml/kg/min). This metric serves as a benchmark for cardiorespiratory capacity when training for running or other endurance sports.

GPS Speed and Distance Measurement

The watch uses GPS technology to measure current running speed and distance covered. All calculated data is displayed on a perfectly readable screen.

World Time Function

The world time function displays the time across 29 time zones and major cities around the world.

Stopwatch - 100 Hours

Precise to the second: elapsed time, split time, and final time. Audible signals confirm start and stop. Timing capacity reaches up to 100 hours.

100-Lap Memory

This memory stores dated chronograph readings, lap times, and split times for later review. Each data block contains the following: date, elapsed time, lap duration, and split times. The memory can hold up to 100 data blocks of this type.

5 Countdown Timers - 1/1 sec - 60 Minutes (with Auto-Repeat Function)

This model features five independent countdown timers that sound a signal when the set time elapses, then automatically restart from the pre-programmed time. The watch's measurement range goes up to 60 minutes and can be set in 1-second increments.

4 Daily Alarms

A daily alarm reminds you of your deadlines at your set time. This model features four independent alarms so you can stay on top of every important appointment - your way.

Vibration Alarm

The vibration alarm quietly reminds you of important appointments - no noise required.

Snooze Function

Every time you dismiss the alarm, it goes off again a few minutes later.

Key Beep On/Off

The key beep can be turned off using the mode button. Once disabled, no sound plays when switching between functions. However, any programmed alarms or countdowns remain active after the key beep is turned off.

Incoming Email Indicator

For incoming emails, the sender's name is displayed on the watch.

The Movement

This timepiece is powered by a Japanese-made solar movement. The digital time display runs entirely on solar energy, while a USB charging option powers the training functions.

Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance to 20 atmospheres, or 200 meters. This watch is built to go with you into the deep - designed for freediving! It handles high-pressure water jets without missing a beat, and is perfectly suited for showering, bathing, lap swimming, and breath-hold diving. That said, for scuba diving with tanks, we recommend a timepiece with a higher water resistance rating. Also, avoid operating the crown while submerged to protect the movement's integrity.
