Today, the brand invites you to discover its new Range 1247 120° Mitternacht, offered as a limited edition. It features an octagonal case crafted from black DLC-coated brushed stainless steel, lending it an understated elegance. Impressively solid, it measures 40 mm in diameter, 47 mm in length, and 11.20 mm thick - ideal dimensions for a men's wrist. On the right side of the case sits a silver-toned crown embossed with the brand's logo in relief, used to adjust the various central elements protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Its anti-reflective treatment ensures smooth, effortless readability. Finally, this model features a screw-down, engraved case back proudly bearing the brand's hallmark and delivering water resistance of 5 ATM.

The Dial

Meticulously crafted, this dial delivers a clean, precise reading of time. It features an original design by Jens Neuber - product designer, illustrator, screenwriter, and concept artist. Set against a black background, this dial divides the hour into three equal segments, creating the distinctive 120° layout. The minute track alternates with baton indices marking the hours at 20-minute intervals. In orange, these markers pair perfectly with the strap's color. They are swept by two black hands with orange tips - baton-style, with the short hand for hours and the long hand for minutes. Completing the layout is an additional sub-counter at 9 o'clock for the small seconds and a date window at 3 o'clock displaying the date continuously. Near 6 o'clock, the dial is marked "1247" followed by "Swiss Made" below, guaranteeing this model's precision, while the brand's logo and name appear beneath 12 o'clock as its signature.

The Movement

This timepiece is powered by a Swiss-made automatic movement - specifically the Sellita SW290-1 caliber, with an average accuracy of ±4 seconds per day. Reliable and robust, it oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph and features 31 jewels to minimize friction. It offers a power reserve of 38 hours and drives the central elements with maximum efficiency.

Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance of 5 atmospheres, or 50 m. While this watch is built to impress, it can hold its own against the elements. You can wear it in the shower - though the Ocarat team recommends setting it gently on the edge of the sink to preserve its brilliance and integrity over time. As for swimming and diving, we strongly advise against it, unless you're happy to cover the repair costs.
