The Watch

Yema is a French watchmaking brand founded in 1948. Since its earliest days, it has designed watches built specifically for diving, motorsport, space exploration, and sailing. From the Rallygraf collection comes this striking black watch with reference YMHF1580-A Reverse Panda. It stays true to the purest chronograph tradition while drawing inspiration from the dashboards of vintage racing cars. Its silver-tone case is crafted entirely from polished 316L stainless steel. Round in shape, it measures 39 mm in diameter and 11 mm in thickness. It is topped by a matte black bezel featuring a tachymeter scale that lets you measure speed. The bezel is made of aluminum with a matte finish. A double-domed K1 mineral crystal of 2 mm thickness sits over the case to protect the dial from everyday scratches and shocks. At 3 o'clock, you'll find a screw-down crown bearing the embossed Yema logo, flanked by two pushers at 2 and 4 o'clock for setting the watch's various functions. The case back displays the brand's crest, hydraulic-press stamped with a polished and brushed relief effect. It provides the watch with a water resistance of 10 ATM.

The Dial

The Rallygraf features a round dial with a design inspired by vintage racing cars. It is defined by its black and beige tones with a matte finish. A minute railroad track runs along the outer edge for easy minute reading. It is complemented by silver-tone baton indexes swept by gray hands. These are crafted in polished steel and coated with Super-LumiNova BGW9, ensuring perfect legibility even in the dark. The two main hands indicate the hours and minutes, while the seconds hand - tipped in red - tracks the seconds. At 3 and 9 o'clock, two sub-dials styled like dashboard gauges display 24 hours and 60 minutes. Between them, checkered flags pay tribute to grand prix racing and the world of motorsport. Above the date window at 6 o'clock, the watch's country of manufacture is noted. The brand places its name and the collection name just below the 12 o'clock index.

The Movement

The watch is powered by a Seiko VK64 meca-quartz movement with a frequency of 32,768 Hz. Timekeeping functions are driven by the quartz movement, while the chronograph function is controlled by a mechanical module. This hybrid mechanism delivers precise, reliable timekeeping all day long.

The Strap

The first rally strap, in black, is made in France from grained bovine leather. It is enhanced by perforations and lined with black stitching that complete its style. It matches the watch's color palette, making it easy to pair with any outfit. A silver-tone pin buckle keeps it securely in place on your wrist.

The second silver-tone mesh bracelet is crafted from 316L stainless steel with a milanese mesh finish. Flexible and comfortable, it slips on easily and is adjusted via a deployant clasp engraved with YEMA's historic logo.

Water Resistance

With a water resistance of 100 meters - or 10 ATM in watchmaking terms - this bold timepiece holds its own at a gala and in the water alike. Feel free to wear it in the shower, the bath, or the pool (yes, even during an energetic swim!). That said, our team of watch experts wants to be clear: this model is not designed for scuba diving - freediving or with tanks - or for use with high-pressure washers. The rule is simple: shower, bath, and swimming only - and never operate the pushers or crown while in the water!
