The Watch

Swiss watchmaking legend Tissot was founded in 1853 and is based in Le Locle, nestled in the Jura Mountains - home to Swiss watchmaking heritage. Since 1998, the brand has been part of the Swatch Group, consistently pushing the boundaries of innovation with high-tech materials and precision craftsmanship. This PRX Powermatic 80 18K (750/1000) Gold Bezel T931.407.41.041.00 is a prime example. The bezel is crafted in 18K (750/1000) rose gold, paired with a round 316L stainless steel case measuring 40mm wide, 40mm long, and 10.9mm thick. A classic crown sits on the right side of the case for easy time-setting. The case is topped with a flat sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating to protect the dial. The watch weighs 138 grams - substantial enough to make a statement on the wrist. Powered by an automatic movement, it offers a water resistance of 10 ATM (100 meters). It also comes with a 2-year international warranty.

The Dial

The dial features a stunning navy blue sunray finish that radiates elegance on the wrist. A date window at 3 o'clock is framed by a rose gold rectangle. Twelve rose gold baton hour markers indicate the hours - note that the 12 o'clock marker is doubled. They are complemented by a white minute track. The 3 hands match the color of the hour markers, and both the hour and minute hands are luminescent thanks to SuperLuminova technology. Finally, the brand name and founding date appear at the top of the dial, while the model name sits at the bottom.

The Movement

Tissot equipped this timepiece with an automatic movement. The Swiss-made caliber is called POWERMATIC 80.111, measuring 11 1/2''' (25.6mm in diameter). With its 23 jewels, it drives the HMSD functions (Hours, Minutes, Seconds, Date) and delivers an impressive 80-hour power reserve.

The Bracelet

A gray 316L stainless steel bracelet completes the case, fastening with a butterfly clasp with push buttons.

Water Resistance

With 100-meter water resistance (10 ATM), this watch is as at home in the water as it is at a black-tie event. Wear it in the shower, the bath, or the pool - even during an energetic swim session.
