For over 141 years, Seiko has been crafting watches of exceptional quality. Across its collections, the manufacture offers innovative timepieces powered by advanced technology that honors Japanese craftsmanship. The SRPJ93K1 wall clock from the Prospex King Samurai collection is sure to impress. Born from a collaboration between the brand and the world's leading scuba diver training organization, PADI, it features a round case weighing 127 grams in gray stainless steel with a stunning polished finish. With a diameter of 43.80 mm and a thickness of 12.80 mm, the proportions are ideal for a men's wrist. It is enhanced by a striking counterclockwise unidirectional bezel fitted with a ceramic insert engraved with a minute track and a Lumibrite triangular marker, a signature feature of dive watches. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal that shields it from scratches and shocks that could compromise its aesthetics. The anti-reflective coating ensures optimal legibility from any angle. A screw-down crown is positioned on the right side of the case, allowing easy adjustment of the central functions. The screw-down case back gives this special edition wall clock a water resistance of 20 ATM.
The brushed and sunray-finished dial draws you into the blue depths of the ocean. Designed for effortless legibility, it features luminescent hour markers at its center - specifically, a Lumibrite coating that keeps them visible in low light and in the deep. The hours are marked by geometric indices of varying shapes, making it easy to orient yourself at a glance. Minutes are displayed via a detailed minute track** running along the outer edge of the dial. Three hands point to these indicators: the one with blue-edged hands marks the minutes, the short arrow-tipped hand shows the hours, and the slender hand tracks the seconds. A date window with a cyclops magnifier sits at 3 o'clock for added convenience. The brand signs its creation at 12 o'clock, with watch-specific information displayed just above 6 o'clock.
This watch is powered by an automatic movement. It runs on the Japanese-made Seiko caliber 4R35, offering a power reserve of 41 hours. Operating at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, it drives the analog display with second-by-second precision. Its 23 jewels minimize friction for long-lasting reliability.
This watch is paired with a striking strap crafted from high-quality silicone for maximum flexibility and durability. Its deep black hue pairs effortlessly with any outfit, delivering a sport-chic aesthetic. It fastens with a classic pin buckle that's easy to use.
This model offers a water resistance of 20 atmospheres, or 200 meters. This is a serious dive watch built to keep up with your deepest aquatic adventures. It's designed for freediving and can handle high-pressure cleaning equipment without breaking a sweat. Shower, bath, lap swimming, and freediving are all fair game. That said, for scuba diving with tanks, we recommend a timepiece with a higher water resistance rating. Also, avoid operating the crown or pushers while the watch is submerged to protect the movement's integrity.
