The limited-edition dive watch New Piccard SP-5098-33 delivers a water resistance of 55 ATM. To withstand the depths, every material has been carefully selected. The case measures 45mm in diameter, crafted from 316L stainless steel. The crown is protected on both sides against shocks and moisture. A helium escape valve is built in. A premium sapphire crystal guards against scratches. A stunning black ceramic bezel frames the crystal.
Like the bezel, the dial background is black, bringing the time markers into sharp relief. You'll first notice bright, luminescent "baton" indices marking every hour - except at three o'clock, where a white-on-black date window sits instead. The arrow-shaped hour and minute hands and the two-tone blue and black seconds hand are equally luminescent. Text on the dial provides information on water resistance, movement, and the watchmaker's name.
This timepiece houses an automatic caliber. Delivering reliable timekeeping, this Japanese movement tells the time analogically to the second. The NH35 TMI offers a power reserve of 41 hours without wearing the timepiece.
