Introducing the Newport Automatic 1768G15CA watch, housed in a 316L stainless steel case finished with a black PVD coating. Its round shape hugs the contours of a masculine wrist with ease. The case measures 42 mm in diameter with a sleek 10.10 mm thickness. Seamanship and watchmaking performance are at the core of this automatic timepiece. The fixed bezel - inspired by porthole design - bears the collection name. A discreet crown sits traditionally at 3 o'clock, letting you easily adjust all time displays. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal, celebrated in the watch world for its outstanding resistance to shocks and everyday scratches. Finally, be captivated by its transparent screw-down case back, which lets you admire the movement's inner workings with every flick of the wrist. This timepiece is water-resistant to 100 meters.

The Dial

Let yourself be drawn in by its blue dial, brought to life through a sunray and smoked finish. This iconic collection takes you straight to the ocean depths. Round in shape, the dial features a minute track around its perimeter, complemented by straight hour indices. Two hands sweep the dial to display hours and minutes, and all time-telling elements are coated with a luminescent treatment for easy analog reading in low-light conditions. A seconds hand glides gracefully over the dial for precise timekeeping. Finally, a double window at 3 o'clock displays the day and date in real time. The maison signs its timepiece beneath the 12 o'clock index and identifies its mechanism with the word "Automatique" above the 6 o'clock index.

The Movement

This legendary model houses a Swiss automatic movement - specifically a Sellita caliber that self-winds through your wrist's natural motion. It delivers a power reserve of 38 hours. The SW220-1 caliber beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, precisely driving the hours, minutes, and seconds hands while accurately tracking the date and day.

The Strap

Sporty and comfortable, a Newport FKM™ strap (high-performance elastomer) brings a modern edge to this dive watch. Ideal for water activities, it fastens with a deployant clasp in black PVD steel. Please note that this timepiece has a 21 mm lug width.

Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance of 10 atmospheres - that's 100 meters. This one is built for the water! With its sporty spirit, it's ready to dive in alongside you. From puddles to the pool, this timepiece handles submersion without complaint. Showers, baths, and lap swimming are no problem at all. That said, our Ocarat watchmaking experts want you to know that, while water-resistant, this model is not suited for professional or recreational diving and is sensitive to high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend keeping the crown and pushers untouched while the watch is submerged.
