Founded in 2005, French watchmaking house Matwatches got its start crafting watches for RAID police unit members, before earning recognition across various military branches. Today, Matwatches presents the AG5 3D from the DIVER PRO DESTRO collection - a watch that delivers unmatched robustness and reliability. Built for adventure seekers and thrill chasers, it features a 316L stainless steel case coated in black PVD. Its boldly masculine proportions - 44 mm in diameter and 15.5 mm thick - make a statement on any wrist. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating shields the watch from impacts and scratches encountered during your adventures. A crown at 9 o'clock offers added convenience during sports activities, allowing easy adjustment of the hands and date window. Finally, a screwed caseback ensures water resistance to 30 ATM, making it the ideal companion for aquatic adventures.

The Dial

Round in shape and black in color, this dial brings a modern edge to your wrist. At its center, two hands and a seconds hand sweep with precision, indicating hours, minutes, and seconds. Around the dial, a white minute track runs along the edge, paired with an hour index marked by Arabic numerals at 2, 4, 8, and 10 o'clock for added precision. The hands and indices are treated with Super Luminova luminescent material, ensuring perfect readability in dark environments or underwater. A date window at 6 o'clock displays today's date. The brand signs its creation beneath the 12 o'clock index and notes the movement and water resistance above the 6 o'clock index.

The Movement

This watch houses a Swiss-made automatic self-winding movement. Manufactured by ETA, the ETA 2824-2 caliber features 25 jewels and beats at 28,800 vph, with a power reserve of 42 hours. It delivers a precise and reliable analog display, driving both the hands and the date window with accuracy.

The Strap

This timepiece comes with three interchangeable straps, letting you switch up your style whenever you like. The first is a vegetable-tanned black leather strap. The second is a genuine orange rubber strap for a more contemporary look. The third is crafted from black canvas, offering optimal comfort. All three straps fasten with a pin buckle.

Water Resistance

With water resistance to 30 ATM - equivalent to 300 meters - our watch specialists simply wish you a great aquatic adventure. Fully waterproof, this model goes everywhere with you: shower, bath, swimming, freediving, or scuba diving - it handles it all. That said, to preserve the watch's water resistance, our watchmakers recommend avoiding operating the pushers or crown while diving.
