French watchmaker Matwatches has been outfitting the wrists of athletes and military professionals for over 15 years. Discover the AG7 XL C3 Sauveteurs en Mer Black Edition, dedicated to sea rescue professionals. For every watch sold, the brand donates a percentage to the Sauveteurs en Mer association. The case is crafted in 316L steel with a black PVD coating, measuring 42.5 mm in diameter and 13.5 mm thick. Fitted with a scratch-resistant anti-reflective domed sapphire crystal at 2.7 mm thick, your watch is built to handle daily wear without a scratch. It features 2 screw-down crowns at 2 and 4 o'clock for time-setting. Note that this watch is equipped with an internal rotating graduated bezel. Its screw-down caseback delivers a water resistance of 200 meters, or 20 ATM - wear it in any aquatic environment with complete confidence.

The Dial

Striking in appearance, this model features a black PVD dial complemented by orange and white accents throughout. Three sword-shaped hands sit at the center, equipped with Super Luminova BGW9 technology for easy reading in low-light conditions. The first two hands are black, indicating hours and minutes, while the third - slimmer with an orange tip - marks the seconds. Hour markers consist of 4 Arabic numerals and 12 white dots, also featuring Super Luminova BGW9 technology, connected by a graduated minute track in the same color running around the dial. The inner bezel rotates via the screw-down crown at 2 o'clock, graduated in 5-minute increments with orange markers that echo the dial's color scheme. A date window is located at 4 o'clock, adjustable via the crown at the same position.

The Movement

This timepiece runs on an automatic movement with an ETA 2824 caliber featuring 25 jewels, Swiss-made, oscillating at 28,800 vibrations per hour with a 42-hour power reserve - ready to keep up with every adventure. This automatic movement handles hours, minutes, seconds, and date setting. Everything you need to stay on time.

The Strap

This AG7 XL C3 watch comes with 2 interchangeable straps: one in rubber, the other in canvas. Both straps are available in black or orange - perfect for matching your watch to any outfit. Each strap features a clip-buckle closure and delivers unbeatable comfort and security.

Water Resistance

This model offers a water resistance of 20 atmospheres, or 200 meters. This is a watch built for serious aquatic adventures - including freediving! And since water is no concern, you can even use it while operating high-pressure washers. Showering, bathing, swimming, and freediving are all covered. That said, for scuba diving with tanks, we recommend a timepiece with a higher water resistance rating. Also, avoid operating the crown or pushers while submerged to protect the movement.
