The Watch

Inspired by the 1970s with its dial featuring both beveled and angular curves, this model from the AM2 collection by French watchmaking house March Lab is a must-have for anyone who appreciates timepieces that balance aesthetics and technical mastery. Its bold character lies in its brushed square case in 316L steel, 36mm in diameter and 11.32mm thick, topped with mineral glass treated with an anti-reflective coating so you can read the time in any light - sun or rain. That same attention to detail carries through to the crown at 4 o'clock, delicately engraved, and a case back secured by discreet small screws. The Dial

Square in shape with a silver tone and a vertical brushed finish - clean, sophisticated, unmistakably refined. At each cardinal point, large baton indexes mark the hours, flanked by a minute track. The baton index at 3 o'clock gives way to a personalized March rectangular day-date window. At the center, a trio of hands: a long, slender seconds hand, a large minute hand, and a shorter hour hand. A thin luminescent stripe runs along the two broader hands, charging by day to guide you in the dark. The trio is crowned by the house's delicate silver logo.

The Movement

This timepiece is powered by a Swiss movement: the Powertech RONDA 517. This caliber stands out for its 45-month battery life, displaying hours, minutes, and seconds - plus a day-date window.

The Strap

The strap on this AM2 is presented here in perforated black buffalo leather - every detail crafted for a sporty edge. It also comes in brown buffalo, alligator, and steel. With a 20mm lug width, it fastens with a pin buckle.

Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance of 10 atmospheres, or 100 meters. Yes - this one is truly water-resistant! Ready to take the plunge with you, from puddles to the pool. Shower, bath, and lap swimming? No problem. That said, our Ocarat watchmaking experts want you to know that this model, while water-resistant, is not designed for diving (recreational or professional) and should not be used with high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend keeping the crown and pushers clear of water during immersion.
