Corniche is a Swedish brand founded in 2013. It features a round silver case crafted in 316L stainless steel for long-lasting durability. Brushed and polished, it carries a refined finish that elevates any look, measuring 39 mm in diameter with a thickness of 11 mm. It is fitted with a grey ridged crown at 3 o'clock for adjusting the central dial functions. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal with a double anti-reflective treatment for glare-free reading, plus an anti-fingerprint coating on the outside. It is surrounded by a round, domed 316 stainless steel bezel that adds a touch of elegance. Finally, this model features a screwed and engraved caseback ensuring water resistance of 10 ATM. This beautiful watch is delivered in a black travel case.

The Dial

This stunning dial showcases a beautiful horizon blue tone that lends an elegant touch to this timepiece. It is enhanced by a sunray finish that brings out its hue in the light. Crafted in ceramic, it features applied, faceted luminescent indices for accurate time reading. Silver-toned, they alternate with the minute track running along the edge. At its center, three grey hands sweep the dial - a slender seconds hand, a large minute hand, and a short hour hand - delivering clear, reliable timekeeping. Thanks to their luminescent treatment, legibility is maintained even in low-light conditions. A date window at 3 o'clock adds functionality, and a second minute track runs along the flange. To complete the dial, the brand name and movement type appear beneath the 12 o'clock index as a signature.

The Movement

At the heart of this watch beats an automatic NH35A movement. Of Japanese origin, this mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour and features 24 jewels designed to reduce friction. It operates with a precision of -20~+40 seconds per day and delivers excellent resistance to vibrations. It promises a power reserve of approximately 41 hours.

That said, Ocarat's watchmaking experts want you to know that while this model is water-resistant, it is not designed for diving (professional or recreational) and should be kept away from high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend avoiding use of the crown or pushers while submerged.
