Hamilton, an American watchmaker, is renowned for its trend-forward and modern timepieces. Today, the brand invites you to dive into the aquatic world with a model from its iconic Khaki Navy Scuba collection. The Khaki Navy Scuba Auto H82515130 is ready to join you on every adventure and activity. It features a round case crafted from stainless steel. Its brushed finish delivers a masculine, sporty look for any outfit. The proportions are perfectly suited to men's wrists, with a case measuring 43mm in diameter and 12.5mm in thickness. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal that shields it from the outside world. Prized throughout the watchmaking industry for its exceptional hardness, it stands up to scratches and knocks with ease. A staple on dive watches, the unidirectional fluted bezel sports a striking blue hue. It is graduated, making it easy to track your athletic performance. The classic winding crown sits at three o'clock, allowing for effortless time setting. Finally, note that the caseback is screw-down and provides water resistance to 30 atmospheres.
Sporty and on-trend, the dial of this watch adds a burst of energy to any outfit. One glance and you're diving into the ocean depths. Its round shape showcases a stunning blue gradient that brings an instant glow to your wrist. Three central hands sweep the dial, displaying hours, minutes, and seconds in analog format. The hour and minute hands feature a classic dauphine style with a silver finish and are coated with Luminova treatment, so you can read the time even in the darkest conditions. The indices - also dressed in this luminescent coating - come in the shape of dots and batons. A minute railroad track runs along the outer edge of the dial to complete the time display. You'll also notice what's known as military time on this dial, indicating afternoon hours at the center (13:00 to 24:00). Finally, the house signs its creation below the 12 o'clock index and recalls the collection name below the 6 o'clock index.
Designed in-house, an automatic movement beats at the heart of the case. More specifically, the caliber H-10 delivers an analog display of hours, minutes, and seconds. Highly precise, it operates at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour. You'll also enjoy a power reserve of 80 hours.
Keeping the sporty, on-trend aesthetic going, the house fitted a stainless steel bracelet around the case. Its brushed finish adds a distinctly masculine edge to your wrist. On top of that, it provides all-day support and optimal comfort. A butterfly deployant clasp keeps it securely fastened. The lug width is 22mm.
With a water resistance of 300 meters - or 30 ATM in watchmaking terms - even Captain Nemo would envy this timepiece built for the marine world. Swimming, showering, bathing, or diving (freediving or scuba) won't faze it one bit! Our team of watchmaking experts at Ocarat does ask two things of you:
- Do not operate the pushers or crown while underwater.
- Send us the best photo of an exotic fish you spot in the deep, with the watch in frame if possible - it would look incredible in our offices and on our Instagram page!
