The Watch
This model is built around a stainless steel case - incredibly durable and perfectly suited to its adventure-ready aesthetic. The case measures 38mm in diameter and just 9.5mm thick, a slim profile made possible by the compact manual-wind movement inside. Hamilton designed this watch as a tribute to the field watches worn by American GIs in past wars. To meet modern style standards, the case was re-sized from the original 33mm to 38mm. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal tops the case for maximum toughness in line with the military look, while a screw-down case back ensures water resistance.

The Dial
Round in shape, it features a deep black that keeps things clean and makes every time indicator instantly readable. That was the whole point: soldiers needed to check the time at a glance and act on it without hesitation. Mission accomplished. The sober, deep dial lets the hands and hour markers stand out with bold clarity. The hour and minute hands are finished in classic grey with a luminous center strip, so you can read the time even in complete darkness. White Arabic numerals and a white minute track run along the dial's perimeter, cutting through the darkness with ease. Military 24-hour time is displayed in the inner circle at the center of the dial. The date window sits at 3 o'clock, while the brand name and model name appear at 12 and 6 o'clock respectively. The "Swiss Made" inscription at 6 o'clock is your assurance of quality and precision.

The Movement
Powering this timepiece is the H-50 manual-wind mechanical movement. This caliber delivers an impressive 80-hour power reserve with outstanding precision, built on the robust ETA C07.711 base. It provides hours, minutes, seconds, and a date window at 3 o'clock.

The Strap
This Khaki Field model features a beige canvas strap with a beige leather lining. Beige stitching runs along both sides, and the strap closes with a classic silver pin buckle. The lug width is 20mm; the strap reference for replacement is H600.694.100.

Water Resistance
Rated at 5 ATM (50 meters), this watch offers a solid entry into water-resistant territory. It's not designed for swimming or diving, but you won't have to worry about wearing it in the shower. That said, our team recommends keeping it away from water whenever possible to protect the movement for years to come.
