The Watch

The Pilot Pioneer H76719530 model draws direct inspiration from a pocket watch carried by American soldiers during World War II. This military and aviator-style watch features a brushed stainless steel case measuring 43mm in diameter. The dial, finished with a sapphire crystal, is surrounded by a black bidirectional rotating bezel with indices and Arabic numerals. The watch is fitted with a grooved winding crown positioned at three o'clock. Its transparent screw-down caseback ensures water resistance up to 145 psi.

The Dial

This round dial is encircled by a genuine bronze-colored minute track. A series of bronze Arabic numerals mark the hours, with the 6 o'clock index replaced by a seconds sub-dial. Two hands of different shapes indicate the hours and minutes. Hamilton's name appears on the dial. All these elements stand out against a black tarmac-textured background, reminiscent of a runway ready for takeoff.

The Movement

This watch houses a mechanical movement. The caliber inside the case is a Swiss-made ETA 6498-1. This mechanism delivers a power reserve of 50 hours.

The Strap

The dark brown strap, fitted between the lugs, measures 20mm wide. It is crafted from high-quality calfskin leather, with delicate beige stitching along the sides. The strap narrows to 18mm at the pin buckle.

Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance up to 10 atmospheres, or 100 meters. Yes - this is a genuinely water-resistant watch! With its sporty character, it's ready to dive right into aquatic adventures with you. From puddles to the pool, this timepiece handles water without complaint. Showers, baths, and recreational swimming are no problem. That said, Ocarat's watchmaking experts want you to know that while this model is water-resistant, it is not designed for diving (professional or otherwise) and is sensitive to high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend keeping the crown and pushers dry during submersion.
