The Watch

Victorinox is a Swiss brand offering a dozen watch collections for both men and women. True to its heritage in cutlery, it delivers robust timepieces with refined finishes and cutting-edge technical innovations. The Journey 1884 collection presents this handsome automatic watch for men. It features a round case crafted in brushed and polished stainless steel, measuring 43 mm in diameter, 12 mm thick, and weighing 210 grams. Silver-toned, it showcases a green unidirectional bezel in stainless steel marked with the year 1884, fitted with a polished ceramic insert graduated from 1 to 20. The flat sapphire crystal on top features a triple anti-reflective coating to protect the dial from scratches and impacts. A screw-down crown at 3 o'clock provides access to all settings. Finally, the timepiece has a screw-down transparent caseback offering a full view of the movement's inner workings while ensuring 20 ATM water resistance.

The Dial

This dial features a double-circle finish - striated toward the outer edge and sandblasted toward the center - showcasing the model's unique character. In green, the outer rim runs along a minute track surrounding Arabic numeral and geometric indexes. Both the indexes and the three hands above them are coated with a luminescent coating for easy reading in any light. The hour and minute hands indicate their respective functions, while the slim yellow seconds hand sweeps around the dial. For added precision, the center circle features a 24-hour graduation for military time. The dial is signed with the brand's logo positioned just below the 12 o'clock index.

The Movement

This model is powered by a Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement. Swiss-made, it drives the analog display and date window with precision. Featuring 26 jewels, it offers a power reserve of 38 hours and beats at a frequency of 28,800 A/h (4 Hz).

The Bracelet

This silver-tone bracelet is crafted in brushed stainless steel and pairs effortlessly with any style. Exceptionally comfortable, it has a lug width of 21 mm and fastens securely to your wrist with a butterfly deployment clasp.

Water Resistance

This model offers 20 atmospheres - or 200 meters - of water resistance, making it a capable companion for deep-water activities. It is built for freediving and can withstand high-pressure water jets without breaking a sweat. Showering, bathing, lap swimming, and freediving are all fair game. For scuba diving with tanks, however, we recommend a timepiece with a higher water resistance rating. Also, remember not to operate the crown or pushers while submerged, to preserve the integrity of the movement.
