Today, we present the Icon Legend Automatic Limited Edition MS-235-SS-RDBL-BK-GB, a limited edition of just 35 numbered pieces, each accompanied by a collector's transparent display stand. The watch features a robust case crafted from 316L stainless steel with a brushed finish. Round in shape, it measures 43 mm in diameter and 16 mm in thickness. It is fitted with a round bezel with a two-tone ceramic insert - blue and red - to help distinguish AM from PM hours. This unidirectional bezel features notches and is marked in 24-hour format. It surrounds a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal that protects the dial from impacts. Thanks to its anti-reflective coating, reading the time is effortless in any light. At 3 o'clock sits a gray, grooved crown for easy grip, flanked by two matching pushers - together they control the watch's various central indicators. Finally, a screw-down case back ensures 20 ATM water resistance.

The Dial

This dial is carefully crafted to deliver a clean, precise reading of the time at a glance. Its display elements are thoughtfully designed to balance sophistication with an intuitive user experience. The round dial features a minute track around its perimeter, followed by circular hour markers. All four hands are mounted at the center. Three of them are Mercedes-style hands in silver tone: the short hand for hours, the long hand for minutes, and the slim chronograph seconds hand. The fourth hand features a two-tone design with a red arrow tip indicating the hours on the GMT function - letting you track time in a second time zone of your choice. All hands are coated with a white luminescent treatment, also applied to the circular hour markers, for optimal legibility in low-light conditions. Three sub-dials at 6, 9, and 12 o'clock add further functionality, displaying 12-hour, small seconds, and 30-minute counters respectively. A date window with a cyclops lens sits at 3 o'clock, alongside the brand's logo and name. The movement type and country of manufacture are noted at 6 o'clock.

The Movement

At the heart of this watch beats a Swiss automatic movement - specifically the ETA Valjoux 7754 caliber, oscillating at 28,800 vph (4 Hz). Fitted with 25 jewels to reduce friction, it delivers a power reserve of 48 hours and drives all central complications with outstanding efficiency and precision.

Designed for freediving, it handles high-pressure cleaning equipment without breaking a sweat. Shower, bath, lap swimming, and freediving are all fair game. For scuba diving with tanks, however, our experts recommend choosing a timepiece with a higher water resistance rating. As always, avoid operating the crown or pushers while the watch is submerged, to protect the integrity of the movement.
