The Watch

Since 1867, French watchmaker LIP has been honing its craft in the workshops of Besançon. Today, the brand offers a curated selection of quality vintage-inspired timepieces. The Himalaya 29 collection stays true to that legacy, with a refined watch assembled in France. The 671609 features a round case in yellow gold PVD-treated stainless steel. Its 29mm diameter is ideal for women's wrists. At 3 o'clock, a crown allows easy hand adjustment. A mineral crystal shields the delicate dial from everyday scratches. The model features a snap-on caseback and delivers water resistance up to 5 ATM.

The Dial

A refined white dial takes center stage, featuring two dauphine hands in gold for hours and minutes. A subtle sunray-finish sub-dial just above the 6 o'clock index displays the seconds. Simple, elegant gold triangular indices and Arabic numerals mark the hours. A minute track runs along the dial's edge for added precision. The French brand signs its creation at 12 o'clock.

The Movement

At its heart, this watch houses a quartz movement. Highly accurate, it delivers flawless analog display of the hours, minutes, and seconds.

The Strap

On either side of the case, a stainless steel bracelet with a yellow gold PVD finish completes the look. It fastens effortlessly with a deployment clasp in the same finish.

Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance of 5 ATM, or 50m. Built to dazzle, it holds its own against everyday elements without missing a beat. You can wear it in the shower, though the Ocarat team recommends leaving it on the bathroom shelf to preserve its brilliance and longevity. Swimming and diving, however, are a hard no - protect your investment and skip the water.
