Beuchat is a watchmaking brand founded in 1904 in Marseille by Constant Beuchat. Driven by a passion for the marine world, it crafts robust and reliable timepieces built to accompany you on your greatest adventures. Its models combine strength and technical precision with beautiful aesthetics for a captivating everyday presence. The Marseille brand presents the GB1950 BEU1955/1 watch, designed for bold women's wrists. This model features a round case measuring 34 mm in diameter with a thickness of 11.80 mm, crafted in stainless steel with a polished/brushed finish. It features a grey, protected crown at 3 o'clock with a notched grip for easy handling. Screw-down, it controls the central functions, all protected by a mineral crystal. The crystal is encircled by a unidirectional bezel fitted with a black insert featuring a luminescent marker and minute graduations. This watch is sealed by a screw-down case back ensuring a water resistance of 20 ATM.
This dial delivers a smooth, accurate reading of the time. Clean and refined, it sports a striking black base. The outer edge reveals a minute railroad track with geometric hour markers. Together, they are swept by grey Mercedes-style hands fixed at the center. The slim seconds hand counts the elapsed seconds while the long hand indicates the minutes and the short hand the hours. All hands feature a luminescent coating for improved readability in low-light conditions - a treatment shared by the hour indices as well. For added functionality, a date window with a cyclops magnifier lens sits at 3 o'clock. Below, at 6 o'clock, the collection name and water resistance are noted, while above, just below the 12 o'clock marker, the brand places its name as its signature.
This watch is equipped with a quartz movement. Robust and reliable, this mechanism delivers precise hand and date accuracy. It withstands vibrations and is powered by a battery that provides lasting autonomy.
This bracelet is crafted in stainless steel for outstanding wear resistance. Its three rows of brushed and polished links follow the natural contours of your wrist with ease, giving you a beautifully refined look. Lightweight, it offers a perfectly comfortable fit. Its grey tone pairs effortlessly with any outfit, and the deployment clasp makes it easy to put on and take off.
This model offers a water resistance of 20 atmospheres, or 200 meters. This is a timepiece ready for your deepest aquatic adventures - including freediving! Not afraid of water, you can even use high-pressure washers while wearing it without worry. Showering, bathing, sport swimming, and freediving are all no problem. That said, for scuba diving with tanks, we recommend a timepiece with a higher water resistance rating. Also, be careful not to operate the crown or pushers while submerged, to preserve the integrity of the mechanism.
