The Watch

Casio, a Japanese brand renowned for its wide range of exceptional watches, offers digital and/or analog models packed with advanced features such as GPS and barometers. From its iconic G-Shock lineup, Casio presents this G-Squad GBD-300-7ER watch - a limited edition model crafted for men. It features a rugged octagonal case made from glass-fiber-reinforced resin for outstanding shock protection. The bezel - engraved with the button functions - measures 47.40 mm in width and 14.90 mm in thickness, with a length of 48.90 mm and a weight of 60 g. The dial is protected by a mineral crystal and controlled by four pushers that manage the various functions. This model features a four-screw case back ensuring a water resistance of 20 ATM.

The Dial

This black dial delivers exceptional readability thanks to its digital display and Super Illuminator function. It shows local time with minutes and seconds, along with the date and month in numeric format. Additional features like the accelerometer and step counter are built in, and the days of the week are displayed as abbreviated English text. The dial's pixel memory LCD keeps all these functions - including snooze and alarm - clearly visible at all times. Button function labels are printed around the bezel, and the brand name is signed at 12 o'clock.

Bluetooth® Smart

The watch features energy-efficient Bluetooth® technology that syncs data at the press of a button. Bluetooth® wirelessly connects the watch to your smartphone, unlocking a host of practical features right on your wrist.

Smartphone time

When paired with a smartphone, the time is set automatically and displays the current local time anywhere in the world.

Calorie burn calculation (CAL)

This function calculates calories burned and saves the result for later review.

Accelerometer

The accelerometer detects movement and displays speed on screen. It also powers the watch's auto-rotation feature, ensuring the display always reads right-side up.

Step counter

The watch counts the number of steps taken.

Training planner

The workout planner helps you hit your personal training goals and alerts you when you reach preset targets - whether that's a specific calorie burn or a set training duration - so you can tailor every session exactly to your needs.

Training analysis

This function shows your training status, fitness level, and training load, along with recovery times - giving you a solid foundation for planning future workout sessions.

Training log

A training log records your step count, calorie burn, distance, and lap times - letting you compare individual training sessions over time.

World time function

The world time function displays local time across 29 different time zones.

Stopwatch function - 1/1 sec - 100 min

Elapsed time is measured to the nearest second, up to a maximum of 100 minutes.

100-lap memory

This memory stores timed laps, lap durations, and split times with date stamps for future reference. Each data block contains the following information: date, elapsed time, lap duration, and split times. The memory can hold up to 100 such data blocks.

5 countdown timers - 1/1 sec - 60 minutes (with auto-repeat function)

This model features five independent countdown timers that sound an alert when the set time elapses, then automatically restart from the pre-programmed time. Measurement capacity goes up to 60 minutes and can be set in 1-second increments.

4 daily alarms

A daily alarm sounds at your programmed time to keep you on schedule. This model includes four independent alarms for maximum flexibility with your most important appointments.

Snooze function

Every time you dismiss the alarm, it goes off again a few minutes later.

Vibration alarm

The vibration alarm discreetly reminds you of important appointments - no noise required.

Key beep on/off

The key beep can be turned off using the mode button. Once disabled, pressing any button to switch functions will no longer produce a beep. However, any programmed alarms or countdown timers remain active after the key beep is turned off.

Find my phone function

Lost your smartphone? Just press a button on the watch to trigger an alert on your phone.

Airplane mode (offline mode)

Put your watch into airplane mode with a single button press - disabling the radio or GPS receiver whenever you need it, like during a flight.

12/24-hour time format

You can display the time in either 12-hour or 24-hour format.

Automatic calendar

Once set, the automatic calendar always displays the correct date.

The Movement

This timepiece runs on a quartz movement manufactured by Casio. Japanese-made, it offers enhanced resistance to vibration and pinpoint accuracy across all its functions. The movement is powered by a battery providing approximately 24 months of autonomy.

The Strap

This strap sports a bold athletic design that brings a relaxed edge to the watch. Made from urethane with a resin-coated, textured inner surface, it delivers both durability and flexibility for comfortable all-day wear. Its timeless white tone makes it a versatile match for any outfit, secured by a white pin buckle.

Water Resistance

With a water resistance of 20 atmospheres - equivalent to 200 meters - this model earns the title of "dive watch" without hesitation. Our watchmaking experts agree: while it handles showers, baths, lap swimming, free diving, and recreational scuba with ease, it is not designed for extreme deep-sea diving where pressure would eventually compromise its seal. For professional divers tackling serious depths, we recommend models rated 30 atmospheres and above. We also advise against operating the pushers or crown while submerged, to maintain a perfect water-tight seal!
