The Watch

Known for crafting rugged, uncompromising timepieces, Casio proudly presents the GMA-S2100-1AER. Fully decked out in black, this watch features a resin case measuring 42.9 mm wide, 46.2 mm tall, and 11.2 mm thick, reinforced with carbon fiber. Designed for active lifestyles, it's as comfortable to wear as it is striking to look at. Blending technology with toughness, it features a mineral glass crystal and 4 pushers positioned at the corners of the case - giving you easy access to functions like the stopwatch, alarm, and hand movement. The bezel serves as your guide, with inscriptions next to each pusher indicating its function: "adjust," "light," "mode," and "start." "G-Shock" appears above the bezel and "Protection" below. On top of being tough, this watch is water resistant to 200 meters thanks to its screw-secured case back.

The Dial

The round dial features a digital and analog display. Set against a black background, it includes a minute track and bar indices in rose gold that mark the hours and add a feminine touch. At the center, two hands in white indicate the time and are coated with Neobrite, allowing you to read the time in the dark thanks to its fluorescent properties. The dial also features a digital display in Arabic numerals positioned between 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock. Finally, a sub-dial on the left side of the dial uses a hand to display the days of the week in English, shown as initials.

Functions

Double Illuminator: When the electroluminescent backlight activates, both the digital and analog sections of the dial are illuminated.

Shock Resistance: The shock-resistant structure protects the watch against impacts and vibrations.

Neobrite Coating: Hands and/or indices are coated with a fluorescent material that continues to glow in the dark after exposure to a light source.

World Time: Displays the current time in 29 time zones and major cities worldwide.

1/100-Second Stopwatch - 24 Hours: Measures elapsed time with 1/100-second precision for up to 24 hours. An audible signal confirms start and stop.

Countdown Timer - 1/1 sec - 24 Hours: For precision lovers: countdown timers remind you of important or recurring events with an audible signal at the set date and time. Time can be programmed in seconds, up to 24 hours in advance.

5 Daily Alarms: An audible alarm reminds you of your daily commitments at the programmed time. This model features five independent alarms for maximum flexibility in managing your schedule.

Hand Movement Function: Moves the hands out of the way when they obstruct the time, date, or stopwatch display.

Button Beep On/Off: The button beep can be turned off using the mode button. Once disabled, no beep sounds when switching between functions. However, any programmed alarms or countdown timers remain active after the button beep is turned off.

Auto Calendar: Once set, the auto calendar always displays the correct date.

12/24-Hour Format: Toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour time display.

Water Resistance

This timepiece offers water resistance up to 20 atmospheres, or 200 meters. Built for the adventurous, this watch is your ideal companion for deep-water activities and freediving. Not afraid of water? Neither is this watch - feel free to use high-pressure washers while wearing it without worry. Showering, bathing, swimming, and freediving are all fair game. That said, for scuba diving with tanks, we recommend a timepiece with a higher water resistance rating. Also, avoid operating the crown or pushers while submerged to preserve the movement's integrity.
