The Watch

Casio G-Shock, founded in 1983, has been pushing the boundaries of watch technology ever since - earning a devoted following among professionals and athletes alike. Meet the GMA-S2100BA-2A1ER, packed with features from the ground up. Its octagonal case measures 46.2 mm in length, 42.9 mm in width, and 11.2 mm in thickness. Built from resin, it sits light on your wrist while absorbing the bumps of daily life. This sporty model rocks a striking dark blue colorway for a sleek, understated look. The women's watch is protected by a mineral glass crystal framed by a bezel that highlights key functions. Four pushers at two, four, eight, and ten o'clock let you customize all the functions to your liking. A screw-secured case back rounds it all out, delivering water resistance of 20 ATM.

The Dial

The dial on this watch features a round shape with a midnight blue background. Running around the perimeter is an engraved minute track, accented by twelve sculpted baton hour markers coated in Neobrite luminescent material for easy reading in low-light conditions. At the center, two sword hands indicate the hours and minutes, also featuring the same luminescent coating. At nine o'clock sits a day-of-the-week counter in English, alongside a digital window spanning from 3 o'clock to 7 o'clock. Finally, beneath the 12 o'clock index, the brand places its signature.

You can even run a high-pressure washer with it on your wrist. Shower, bath, lap swimming, and freediving are all fair game. For scuba diving with tanks, however, we recommend a timepiece with a higher water resistance rating. As always, avoid operating the crown or pushers while submerged to keep the mechanism intact.
