The Equus collection blends clean lines with timeless elegance. To mark its 40th anniversary, Pequignet produced this collection as a limited edition of 500 pieces.
The Watch
The stirrup-shaped case is crafted from 316L stainless steel with a polished finish. It measures 30 mm in diameter and 6.9 mm thick, fitted with a flat anti-reflective sapphire crystal.
The white dial features 2 openworked gray hands for the hours and minutes, and a small seconds sub-dial at 6 o'clock. The dial is adorned with curved lines radiating from the small seconds sub-dial to the outer edge. The dial is also set with 13 zircons: one at 12 o'clock, just above the Pequignet logo, and the remaining 12 used as indices in the small seconds sub-dial, which has a mother-of-pearl finish.
The snap-on stainless steel case back is engraved with "limited edition 40th anniversary" along with the watch's individual number.
This watch is delivered fitted on a brown leather strap with a gray pin buckle decorated with the Fleur de lys logo.
This timepiece is rated at 3 ATM, equivalent to approximately 30 meters. Not built for water activities, but perfectly fine to wear in the shower.
The Movement
This watch is powered by a Swiss Ronda Slimtech 1004 quartz movement. This 10-jewel caliber offers a theoretical battery life of 25 months.
