The Equus collection, with its clean, classic lines, blends refinement and elegance. To celebrate its 40th anniversary, the Pequignet manufacture produced this collection as a limited edition of 500 pieces.
The Watch
The stirrup-shaped case is made of 316L stainless steel with a rose gold finish. It measures 38mm in diameter and 6.9mm thick. The crystal is a flat sapphire with anti-reflective coating.
The white dial features a small seconds sub-dial. The sub-dial at 6 o'clock has a mother-of-pearl finish and is set with 11 zircons used as indices. Free of numerals, the dial displays openworked gold-toned hands. A single zircon sits on the dial at 12 o'clock, just above the Pequignet logo. A date window is positioned at 6 o'clock.
The watch comes fitted with a black calfskin leather strap with a gold-toned pin buckle.
This timepiece has a water resistance of 3 ATM, equivalent to approximately 30 meters. It is not designed for water activities, but can handle a splash in the shower.
The Movement
This watch houses a Swiss quartz Ronda Slimtech 1004 movement. This 10-jewel caliber offers a theoretical battery life of 25 months.
