The Divido collection takes its name from the Esperanto word for "divisions," a nod to the complexity of its construction, which comprises over 38 individual parts. From this collection, we present the Divido Shibo-Urushi Scarlet Illusion 14-M01KA1-SSB watch, featuring an intricately engineered stainless steel case. Its round shape measures 40.6 mm in diameter and 11 mm thick, weighing 134 grams. The brand's futuristic design language redefines the boundaries of case architecture, allowing light to filter through its various components. The "Sallaz" technique ensures reflection-perfect polishing - mirror-like, without a single distortion. The contrast with the brushed sections is striking and immaculately defined. Brushed lugs lend a sportier feel to the watch, while their chamfered, polished edges never let you forget its high-end status. The box-type domed sapphire crystal covering the dial features an anti-reflective coating, offering outstanding scratch resistance. The Dial

The dial of this model is hypnotic and anything but ordinary. Crafted in shibo-urushi, it draws on the beautiful and traditional urushi lacquer technique. The material is blended with egg white and pigment to reduce its viscosity, allowing the deep red hue to be applied. The dial appears to mysteriously float in visible space, seemingly connected only through the hour markers. These are machined and attached to a ring that sits on a capsule enveloping the movement. This construction delivers a stunning three-dimensional perspective. The ensemble is completed by a minute track and dauphine hands with cut-out tips. The seconds hand is grey with a fine, pointed tip. The brand name is printed just below 12 o'clock.

The Movement

The heart of this watch beats through a Swiss-made automatic movement. It features a caliber KT7002 based on the ETA 2892 ébauche. This mechanism showcases hand-finished surfaces with perlage, blued screws, bridges with diamond-polished bevels, and a main plate. Regulated by the ETACHRON system, it delivers exceptional precision. This movement features 21 jewels, a 42-hour power reserve, and runs at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations/hour (4 Hz).

The Bracelet

This model is fitted with a stainless steel bracelet featuring a 5-link row. Each link is beautifully crafted with polished edges on brushed links, adding just the right touch of glamour. The bracelet fastens securely with a deployant clasp.

Water Resistance

This model offers a water resistance of 5 atmospheres, or 50 m. It's designed first and foremost to dazzle - but that beauty doesn't come at the expense of durability. You can keep it on in the shower, though the Ocarat team recommends leaving it on the edge of the sink to preserve its brilliance and integrity over time. Swimming and diving are not recommended - subjecting this watch to those conditions risks damage and potentially costly repairs.
