The Watch

Founded in 1983, Swatch is one of the world's most recognized Swiss watch brands, crafting reliable everyday timepieces. The brand presents the Dark Blue Irony YVS507G, an elegant chronograph that appeals to both men and women. It features a round case with a 43 mm diameter, 49 mm lug-to-lug length, and 12.70 mm thickness. The case is crafted in stainless steel with an attractive brushed finish. It is framed by a notched bezel in blue and black tones featuring white Arabic numeral graduations. This surrounds a mineral crystal covering the dial. On the right side of the case sits a crown for setting the hours, minutes, and date, flanked on both sides by pushers to operate the chronograph counters. Finally, the case back ensures a water resistance of 3 ATM.

The Dial

Classic, refined, and elegant, the dial of this model packs in plenty of useful features. It showcases a black base with a sunray and lightly brushed finish for a beautifully rich effect. Its inner ring features a minute track marked with white lines, alternating with grey luminescent indices in varied shapes - batons at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock and circles for the remaining markers. These are indicated by skeletonized, luminescent hour and minute hands. The seconds hand features an arrow tip and is colored in blue to match the bezel. For added practicality, a white date window sits between 4 and 5 o'clock, while the center houses three counters for the chronograph function, displaying 1/10th of a second, small seconds, and 60 minutes at 2, 6, and 10 o'clock respectively. The brand name is printed beneath 12 o'clock.
