The Watch

Swiss brand Vulcain has built its reputation on alarm-equipped timepieces that are as high-performing as they are beautifully designed - the perfect companions for the wrist of a discerning collector. Crafted for lovers of fine mechanical watches, this stunning Cricket Tradition model features a round polished 316L stainless steel case measuring 36 mm in diameter and 12.80 mm thick. The dial is protected by an anti-reflective domed sapphire crystal that shields it from scratches and impacts. The screw-down crown and push-button on the right side of the case handle all central adjustments. Water-resistant to 5 ATM, this watch comes with either a screw-down steel caseback engraved with the brand name, or a transparent sapphire caseback revealing Vulcain's stylized V.

The Dial

Round in shape, the dial on this timepiece marks every moment with elegance. It features a semi-matte black background with Luminova kaki luminescent markers for easy reading in low-light conditions. The outer ring displays the alarm function scale surrounding a railway track minute ring. The hours are indicated by Arabic numerals and a diamond at 12 o'clock. At the center, two alpha hands display the hours and minutes, a slender seconds hand tracks the seconds, and a fourth hand manages the alarm function. The brand's signature sits just below 12 o'clock.

The Movement

Vulcain chose to power this watch with a mechanical V-10 movement. Reliable and precise, it beats at 18,000 vibrations per hour, offers a 52-hour power reserve, and delivers an alarm duration of approximately 20 seconds. Its 25 jewels minimize friction throughout the movement.

The Strap

Fitted with quick-release spring bars, this model comes on a calfskin leather strap. Comfortable and refined, it adds the perfect finishing touch to the watch and pairs effortlessly with any outfit thanks to its black color. Featuring contrast stitching, it measures 18 x 16 mm in width and fastens at the wrist with a pin buckle in 316L stainless steel.

Water Resistance

This model offers 5 ATM water resistance, equivalent to 50 m. It's built to be as beautiful as it is capable of handling everyday life. That said, its refined character in no way compromises its resilience. You can wear it in the shower, though the Ocarat team recommends leaving it on the edge of the sink to preserve its brilliance and longevity. As for swimming and diving, we strongly advise against it - water damage of that kind won't be covered under warranty.
