Its round case is crafted from 316L stainless steel with a diameter of 36.00 mm, suiting both men's and women's wrists alike. The bezel features a circular brushed finish for a dynamic, modern look. It frames a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating that protects the dial from shocks and ensures optimal legibility. At 3 o'clock, a crown with fine knurling allows you to set the hours and minutes. A pusher at 2 o'clock controls the alarm function. Finally, the case back provides 5 ATM water resistance and is available in either a solid screw-down or transparent sapphire crystal version.

The Dial

The minute railroad track around the perimeter adds precision for reading time to the nearest minute. It is complemented by a graduated scale of Arabic numerals at 10, 30, and 50, marking the alarm complication and pointed to by the fourth arrow-tipped hand. Finally, Vulcain signs the dial with its name, followed by the collection name at 12 o'clock.

The Movement

At the heart of this exceptional timepiece beats a 12-ligne mechanical movement developed entirely in-house by the manufacture. This is the Cricket manufacture V-10 caliber, renowned for its quality, precision, and performance. It features two barrels and 165 components, beats at an oscillation frequency of 18,000 alt/h, and incorporates 25 jewels. It is equipped with a patented Exactomatic system and finished with nickel plating, blued screws, and skeletonized click springs. Its power reserve is 52 hours.

Water Resistance

This model offers a water resistance of 5 atmospheres, or 50 m. Designed first and foremost to be a beautiful, head-turning timepiece, it still holds its own against the elements. You can wear it in the shower, though the Ocarat team recommends setting it gently on the edge of the sink to preserve its brilliance and integrity over time. As for swimming and scuba diving, we strongly advise against wearing this watch in the water to avoid damage and costly repairs.
