The Watch

The case of this watch is crafted from "tortoiseshell" cellulose acetate, made in Italy with a satin matte finish. The lugs, pushers, bezel, screw-back case, buckle, and keepers are in polished 316L stainless steel. The crown is engraved with the Briston coat of arms.

The main dial is sunray blue, topped with a 2.3 mm domed mineral crystal. The sub-dial is silver-white with open-worked numerals and indexes. The "baton" hour and minute hands are rhodium-plated and luminescent. The chronograph and counter hands are lacquered white.

The case diameter is 40.00 mm with a thickness of 11.70 mm.
The strap is a Briston NATO-style strap in blue nylon. It is interchangeable and water-resistant, measuring 280 mm with a 20 mm lug width.

This watch is water-resistant to 10 ATM (100 meters). It handles recreational swimming and water sports with ease, but is not rated for diving.

The Movement
This watch houses a Miyota OS21 Japanese quartz movement. This caliber displays hours, minutes, and date. At the heart of the movement, the 60-minute counter is positioned at 9 o'clock, the 24-hour counter at 3 o'clock, and the date at 6 o'clock.
