The story of Tissot began in 1853. A proud Swiss brand, it has shared its watchmaking expertise with the world through creations that elevate every look. Always pushing boundaries, it crafts robust and reliable timepieces in both classic and sporty designs - built to keep up with your every adventure. Today, the brand invites you to discover the Chemin Des Tourelles Skeleton Watch T1398363644100, designed for all. This model pays homage to the "Chemin des Tourelles" in the town of Le Locle, where Tissot has been headquartered since 1907. It features a round case crafted from 316L stainless steel with a black PVD coating, giving it a compelling, captivating tone. The case measures 39 mm in diameter with a thickness of 11.20 mm. A black crown at 3 o'clock features a knurled finish for a secure grip and allows you to adjust the hands on the dial. A scratch-resistant domed sapphire crystal shields the dial from shocks and features an anti-reflective coating for effortless legibility. The case weighs 63 g and is fitted with a snap-back case back providing 5 ATM water resistance - with an aperture revealing the mesmerizing motion of the movement beneath.
This striking dial brings a captivating presence to this timepiece. Round in shape, it features a skeleton finish offering an unobstructed view of the movement's inner workings. At its center, three lancet-shaped hands track the time with precision - a slim seconds hand, along with the hour and minute hands. Together, they sweep past a dotted minute track and stick indices marking the hours. In black, these time markers blend seamlessly into the magnificent metallic gray dial, which bears the brand name near 3 o'clock as a signature.
At the heart of this model beats a cutting-edge automatic movement, the ETA Powermatic 80. Manufactured in-house, this 25.60 mm diameter caliber delivers precise analog timekeeping. It oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour and is fitted with a patented NivachronTM balance spring for outstanding resistance to magnetic fields. It offers a power reserve of 80 hours.
This elegant strap adds a refined finishing touch. In black, it pairs effortlessly with any accessory. Crafted from embossed calfskin leather with tone-on-tone stitching and a synthetic lining, it provides comfortable all-day wear. Supple yet durable, it conforms to your wrist and measures 195 mm in total length - 75 mm for the short end and 120 mm for the long end. It features a lug width of 20 mm and is fitted with a butterfly deployant clasp for easy handling.
This model offers a water resistance of 5 atmospheres, or 50 m. Designed above all to dazzle, it can handle the occasional splash - but to keep it looking its best, the Ocarat team recommends leaving it on the edge of the sink before stepping into the shower. As for swimming and diving, we strongly advise against wearing this watch in the water to avoid damage and costly repairs.
