The Watch

This SRPJ17J1 model is part of the Presage Cocktail collection. Crafted by Japanese watchmaker Seiko, this line celebrates exceptional design and uncompromising quality, born from a mastery of craft and a bold sense of originality. Each piece in the collection draws inspiration from a specific cocktail to define the color of the dial. On this model, the dial and strap share a rich brown tone, creating a perfectly harmonious look. The case is crafted in stainless steel with a diameter of 39.50 mm. On the right side of the case, a crown lets you set the time and adjust the date window. A domed Hardlex crystal protects the dial from everyday impacts. Water resistance reaches 5 ATM, and the screwed, see-through caseback invites you to admire the automatic movement within.

The Dial

The rich brown dial draws its inspiration from the Irish Coffee cocktail - a blend of whisky and coffee. This warm brown tone is elevated by a stunning sunray finish. At the center of the dial, two hands indicate the hours and minutes, while a seconds hand sweeps around the dial. All three point toward baton indices framed by a minute track for precise timekeeping. At 3 o'clock, a convenient date window keeps you on top of every important date. Seiko signs the dial beneath the 12 o'clock index, with the collection name displayed on the lower portion of the dial.

The Movement

"Inside the watch sits an automatic movement with the 4R35 caliber - a reliable, precision-engineered movement that drives the hour, minute, and second hands as well as the date window with seamless accuracy. The caliber features 23 jewels and runs at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, with a power reserve of 41 hours."

The Strap

The watch features a brown calfskin leather strap - a material that's both comfortable and durable, softening over time to conform perfectly to your wrist. The brown tone is a timeless choice that never goes out of style. The silver-tone pin buckle lets you find your perfect fit thanks to the strap's perforated holes.

Water Resistance

With a water resistance of 50 meters - or 5 ATM in watchmaking terms - this timepiece can handle splashes and light exposure to water, but prolonged submersion is not recommended. You can wear it in the shower on occasion, but to preserve the movement's quality and precision, our watch specialists strongly advise keeping it away from baths, pools, and the sea. In short: no swimming or diving, and avoid any extended contact with water.
