It will elevate your wrist every day, pairing effortlessly with any outfit. The case measures 40 mm in width, 40 mm in length, and 11.70 mm in thickness. It is crafted from Italian tortoiseshell cellulose acetate with a satin finish, hand-polished for a refined touch. Its warm brown tone creates a striking contrast with the 316L stainless steel bezel it is paired with. The bezel frames an ultra-resistant sapphire crystal 2 mm thick, protecting the dial from daily shocks and damage. The captivating, original design lends the watch undeniable charm, appealing to both men and women alike. All functions are adjusted via the stainless steel crown positioned at 3 o'clock. Engraved with the Briston coat of arms, it features a knurled finish for easy adjustment. Finally, the transparent, numbered screw-down caseback features a "BRISTON x OCARAT" underside transfer and allows you to admire the movement's inner workings while ensuring 5 ATM water resistance.

The Dial

The dial of this watch is a blend of elegance and modernity. It adds an original touch to the whole - a distinctive finishing detail. Black in color, it is crafted from hand-polished "grand feu" enamel. This centuries-old watchmaking technique requires no fewer than 30 production steps, each carried out by master dial makers. The result is a one-of-a-kind aesthetic - defined by an unparalleled smoothness, exceptional hardness, remarkable scratch resistance, and extraordinary longevity.

Hours and minutes are displayed by two dauphine hands in polished steel, elegantly centered on the dial. They are joined by a slender seconds hand in the same polished steel finish. The open-heart complication visible at 9 o'clock reveals the intricate movement beneath for a captivating visual effect. To complete the dial, the brand signs its name at 12 o'clock in silver print.

The Movement

This timepiece is powered by an automatic movement of Japanese origin - specifically the NH38A caliber from Seiko. Renowned for its performance, efficiency, and reliability, this movement features 24 jewels and beats at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz). It is equipped with a bi-directional ball-bearing rotor adorned with a "Côtes de Genève" decoration. Driving the hands for precise analog timekeeping, it delivers a power reserve of 41 hours.

The Strap

The strap complementing this model is crafted from bovine leather in black - a combination of elegance and supple comfort. Its clean design and matching stitching add a refined touch, pairing effortlessly with any look for a truly chic result. The lug width measures 20 mm, and the strap fastens with a deployant clasp in polished steel engraved with the logo. The two straps measure 75 mm and 115 mm in length respectively, and the removable black bovine leather keeper allows for easy adjustment. The exclusive spring bar system lets you swap it out whenever you like.

Water Resistance

With a water resistance rating of 50 meters - or 5 ATM in standard watchmaking terms - this timepiece can handle the occasional splash, but it is not built for extended water exposure. You can wear it in the shower every now and then, but to preserve the accuracy and longevity of the movement, our watch specialists strongly advise keeping it away from baths, pools, and the sea. No swimming or diving - and no prolonged contact with or immersion in water.
