The Watch

Festina crafts refined, elegant watches for everyday wear - and today, the brand presents its new F16790/E from the Boyfriend collection. This watch features a round stainless steel case measuring 36.8mm in diameter and 9.2mm thick, ideal for women's wrists. The traditional crown for hand-setting sits at 3 o'clock. A robust mineral glass crystal on top shields the dial from any accidental shocks. Finally, the snap-on caseback ensures water resistance up to 5 ATM.

The Dial

This watch features a round dial in a rich burgundy red with a sunray finish that adds brilliance and luminosity. At the center, two hands and a fine seconds hand sweep across the hours, minutes, and seconds in silver, matching the Roman numeral indexes at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock. At 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, and 11 o'clock, the indexes are replaced by crystals. A date window sits between 4 and 5 o'clock. Festina signs this creation at 12 o'clock in silver lettering.

The Movement

A Japanese-made quartz movement beats at the heart of this watch. It drives the hours, minutes, and seconds with precision and reliability for a quality analog display.

The Bracelet

A beautiful stainless steel bracelet adds elegance to this watch. It fastens easily with a silver deployment clasp fitted with push-buttons. Note its lug width of 18.8 millimeters.

Water Resistance

With water resistance up to 50 meters - or 5 ATM - this timepiece can handle a splash, but prolonged water exposure is a different story. You can wear it in the shower occasionally, but our watch specialists strongly advise keeping it away from pools, baths, and the ocean to preserve its precision and longevity. No swimming or scuba diving, and no extended contact with water.
